And, logic aside, it just seems lame.  Why not name her for this month based on last month's likes?How hard would that be?  I guess it just makes too much sense for them.

You make a grand statement that when people defend their friends "they're attached as WK's or manginas" as if that happens frequently, or even at all.  In my experience, it happens only rarely. And as for the WK or mangina part of it you totally missed my point: I defended DD because she's my friend.  I also defend male friends like GaG, scoed and many others.  Since they're guys, in your view it can't make me a WK or a mangina.  So your point can only be that it's OK to defend a male friend but not a female one.  Sexist much?
