Never with a pro.  Really only with four sugar babes and they were all over age 30.  The last one just kind of grabbed my cock after a blow job and jumped on top.  I otherwise would have put on a wrapper.  I did later.

TOMD is kinda surprised you rocket scientists don't know about PrEP. See link below.

Providers and clients: You take one pill a night and, more or less, are unlikely to contract HIV.

Escorts in-the-know take it just to be safe because of "stealthing", wherein a dirt-bag client removes the condom during sex.

My sources say they do not tell clients, as they will then be pressured for BBFS.

If you are out-and-about, provider or client, you should consider this drug regimen. BTW: It's not cheap!

Please note, PrEP provides no protection for gonorrhea, syphilis of other diseases contractible from unprotected sex.

Prep only protects you against HIV. It does not protect you from any of the other plethora of STIs that can be transmitted, or pregnancy, only condoms do that.
In my 12 years as an escort I have never had a client stealth me because I do not see dirt bag clients and also screen before I agree to see them.
If you do wish to take this drug that is of course your personal choice, but please do your research if you forgo condoms.  Provider or client everyone should still should be getting tested on a regular basis, if you are using condoms or not.
I would consider myself "in the know" as a provider, but I do not take this drug nor do I take any other form of BC. Condoms only. Being safe and smart about your sexuality is the biggest turn on for me, make it yours also!!

Thank you, Aristotle.

If you'd learn to read, you would have noted that I said:

Please note, PrEP provides no protection for gonorrhea, syphilis of other diseases contractible from
                            unprotected sex.

I do use this drug, because I think it is the educated thing to do. Please take this in the spirit it was intended.

To bring you up to speed:

1) PrEP is highly effective with virtually no side effects.
2) You can enroll in programs and receive for free.
3) No downside

Finally, sorry I have to tutor you, but Prep is not BC, I am really surprised you don't know this.

Please understand the topic before lecturing people!

If a provider suggests it's okay on the first session you have had with her, then I would agree, run like hell, but if it's a regular you have been seeing for many months or a few years, and she tells you one day that you don't need a condom this time, I, for one, would be more inclined to say, "okay."

Mr. Diver,

Thank you so much for your response. Aristotle was a philosopher which I am not, and never claimed to be. (?)
This thread is about the use of condoms. Prep protects you against HIV only, which you did state in your comment.
My comment was to indicate that the majority of people that care about protecting themselves against all STI transmissions AND pregnancy use condoms, which everyone needs to be thoroughly aware of if they so choose to not use condoms.
I am glad to hear that you are able to obtain the drug for free and that you personally have not had any side affects, but a drug is still a drug and I would recommend anyone who is sexually active with multiple partners speak to a health care professional to determine if forgoing condom usage is the healthiest choice for them.
I support anyone who makes the best decisions for their lives, but with that choice also comes personally responsibility. I want everyone in our community to be happy, healthy, and also personally responsible for their life choices.

Honestly this is also the sentiment with a lot of providers. If you ask me, I can safely assume you are asking all the other providers you see. No thanks!

Not true, it feels way better without a condom but I don’t know these girls and don’t know what kind of clients they are fucking so you are basically forced to use a condom. It’s kind of a red flag when the second time I see a girl she says to me, “you don’t need to use a condom anymore.” What goes through my head is who else is she offering this to.

Not sure i understand the logic, or lack of, going on here.

You are aware this drug exists. You are aware of the benefits. You are aware of the risks you currently face in your profession. But you dont choose to partake because "a drug is a drug"?

Seems silly?

holystonethedeck 91 Reviews 56 reads

No, it's not silly. If condoms are used there's no need for this drug.

that a drug is a drug, and this one in particular can have some dangerous side effects on your kidneys and liver, two organs that are needed for survival.  It does seem wiser to just use a condom.  While I have long advocated that every person must choose their own level of risk in this hobby, and some have a much higher risk tolerance than others, I think many buys don't make their decisions with the right "head."

I had to giggle a little at your statement, " . . . .anyone who is sexually active with multiple partners speak to a health care professional to determine if forgoing condom usage is the healthiest choice for them."   Do you really think there are health professionals that would say going bare with multiple partners, many of whom are random due to the nature of P4P" IS healthy for SOME people?  Or were you being facetious?   Lol

if you don’t know how to read.  If you did, you’d know how idiotic your statement about my situation is.

Also, respecting someone’s clear preferences for safety during sex should have nothing to do with marital status.  Otherwise, according to your view, there’s no problem with a guy telling a single provider that he wants to do BBFS “this time”, even though the provider has made it clear over months or even years of sessions with him that FS with her clients MUST be covered. The provider shouldn’t be upset in the slightest about that, right?

MellowSoul 120 Reviews 51 reads

Of course its silly.

Having mulitple partners sexually is more risky. Condoms can be risky as well, you talk about them as if they are 100%.

The condoms, plus testing, plus prep, keeps everyone safe. Thats not opinion that is science.

I do not take the drug for the same reason I don't take any other form of birth control, I don't need to. I use condoms consistently and correctly with all of my clients. I also get tested regularly. In all of my years of a sex worker I have never had an STI and I have never been pregnant.
In 2021, 253 people were newly diagnosed with HIV. 1,608 people were newly diagnosed with syphilis.
10,455 cases of gonorrhea or syphilis.
I will stick with condoms.
My life decisions for my health are factual data based, and condom usage is the best to keep me healthy and safe from all STI infections and pregnancy without any possible side affects.

she's talking about providers who belong to the union, UHA (United Hookers of America).  It's like any other union, the ladies who have been doing this the longest get priority over the younger girls and can charge more for seasoned pussy.
Some customers consider it like an aged steak or an old wine, which is usually, but not always, better.

I primarily stick to XXX providers so keep that in mind, but in my experiences the bbfs sessions I had were played by ear so to speak. My first bbfs was unplanned/unasked for on my end. The second time was also not asked for from me, different xxx star this time. Last time I had one it was asked about in plain English. I got tested as she's still actively shooting scenes. I had to make jump off me as I almost creampied her. That was my second overall session with her so she was more willing to expand her menu as she was already familiar with me.

So in recap, BBFS is not something I go out of my way to acquire, but if its on the table I do take the plunge. I get tested regularly before and after and never had anything. It really depends on how much risk you're willing to accept.
