When you retire will you have your boob implants removed?

Can't speak for others but my "funbags" I had done because I wanted them.  No will not have them removed when the time comes to hang up my heels.

Just paying it forward for the under-privileged hookers.

Why assume the providers get implants for the business?  I would think they get the fun bags for their own personal interests & would not take them out after retiring.

I've read several ladies post where they say they got their new implants to increase business revenue which made me winder if they had them removed afterwards like some actresses have done.

got them for myself prior to being in the biz.  

So, wondered to ask the stupid question of the century. Many move stars get facelifts, do they go back?

I fly a lot over water-- so I'm counting on mine to save me some day!

I highly doubt providers would get breast implants just for this, it's not like it's a tax write-off or anything.

If I had a dollar for every provider who told me she needed bigger boobs to attract more clients, well, I'd have enough for about 5 minutes, lol. And that's not counting the ones who already got boob jobs thinking they'll make more money.

Strippers who actually file taxes can actually write off their breast implants. So can porn stars. But hookers don't pay taxes, so.

It depends on the type of implant (silicone or saline), but I think doctors encourage the implants to be replaced every 10 years or so as the female body changes due to pregnancy, weight gain/loss, hormones, etc and/or if the implants leak/drain.
