I RARELY advise this but you are pretty much putting it out there that you can't be reliable for whatever reason on dates scheduled a couple of weeks out. You saying, "I rarely can guarantee I can go see a lady without it being short notice 24-48 hrs or less."

So don't book even a week out after what you said without giving  an up front deposit or take your chances with well known ladies that MAY have some time free when you do.

It's really that simple if you want to respect the ladies time as you say.

I can see my girl on the same day I call her. Usually within 2 hours. This way I can get ready with a Shower before I see her.

AGAIN, best to stick with known ladies who might be able to work with you on shorter notice since you can't be counted on for booking further out in your own words. Seems like you want to respect the ladies time so IF you want to book out a week or more you should do as I suggested IMO. That's my advice to your situation.

free time available in the next week or so, I schedule an encounter.  Once the encounter is scheduled I have not only blocked time on my schedule but time on the lady's schedule.  To be fair to her, I will not cancel or attempt to re-schedule; the only exception being a health issue which has happened once or twice in 12 years.

but rather that coming on here whining about it, or equally as bad, constantly flaking out on the ladies I book with. I have discovered an alternate plan. I am simply a man about it and I don't make appointments that I cannot keep. If a woman has a busy schedule and needs a week in advance, I will respect the woman's time and simply pass on her, or go on a "best efforts" basis, where she and I agree that if she has last minute time available we will try to make something happen, but we both agree that it's not a "commitment" on either of our parts, just a loose agreement that if "it's in the cards" it will happen, and if it's not, it won't.

For a man who claims to "respect" the women here, I don't see what's so hard about this. Simply man up and accept the fact that in order to be fair to the other person, you may need to make a few sacrifices, and one of them is having to pass up seeing a few of the "higher in demand" ladies.

Truth be told, I rarely book more than a few hours in advance, and yes that means there are a LOT of women I will never get a chance to see. It's either that or become what I despise, someone who values his/her own time above that of someone else's. If an "asshole" like me can give respect, why is such a nice respectable young lad like the Turdster having such a hard time with it?

Why don't you give Rod the name of "your Provider?"  She's so Sweet and Adorable, I'm sure she'd make time for him in between OTC appointments with you.  Your call though, seeing as how she belongs to you, but I would encourage you to think about the big upside here: she can maybe buy her own groceries with Rod's donation...it's a win/win!

I did actually have an agreement similar to what you described with one lady. She retired , I wish her the best. My schedule is always in flux as I'm always "on call" I've left a two hour appointment after 45 mins because of work. If I schedule in advance my odds are significantly better and there's a 99% chance everything will be OK, so far it has. I've cancelled all of one appointment last minute. My question wasn't for long term bookings 2-3 weeks out, that is fine. Its short term bookings 24-48 hours out because I can't guarantee unscheduled time.

I can honestly say I have never canceled a date in 8 years of hobbying. I have had too reschedule twice for next day. Course being single and setting your own work schedule helps.

I see it pretty much like buying a ticket for a game or a concert weeks beforehand. I don't forget I bought it, but I don't get real excited about it until maybe the day before. Keeping the time open for me is probably less of a problem, though. In earlier days when my schedule was less certain, even planning to take in a Lakers game was a little risky.

I nearly always plan 2-3 weeks out, unless I'm traveling on business and either am traveling without a colleague and/or not going to be involved in a tedious long business dinner. I typically always take advantage of my business travel and the last night before my trip home is almost always a great night to hobby. It's really easy to get out of business dinners on the night before the flight home, and it's great for my mindset for the next day, traveling sucks, and when I have rubberband legs from getting my world rocked and the fond memory of the night before, dealing with people while traveling seems more tolerable.

Join the Marines, travel to exotic places, meet new people, and kill them.

I am admittedly a work o holic, but work doesn't get in the way of my hobby life. If it would, I'd find a new fucking job.

Planning this far in Advance seems like a Bad Idea. Schedules and Situations can change. You might get busy with something unexpected like YOUR WIFE. LOL!!!!! Or the Provider may not be around when you schedule a Session that far in Advance.

 I guess if that happened to me I'd be scratching my head about booking in advance, too. Did you send her a deposit? I wonder if maybe she got a lot of guys to book months in advance, send a deposit, and when she counted the money said, "WTF, I bet Corsica is nice this time of year!"

I've had gentlemen get screening out of the way or contact me with 24-48 hours notice sometimes less with easy screening info to confirm (whitelist, p411, date-check) and if I still have availability make it happen. While it's not always able to work I would think if you contact girls who have recent ads up in that area or are local to where your hobbying, you shouldn't have an issue finding a girl who can accommodate your request.  

But we've had that discussion before. I think you know what happened was more than you firing back. And it wasn't just you that got put in "time out".

In fact I think you were the first one allowed to post again. I still don't see the other two back yet.

I had a thread weeks back talking about the problems I've had with providers this year. Somebody said I was booking too far in advance, but the women I've booked with or tried to book with need a fair amount of advance notice.  

I have to travel 2.5-3 hours to a area with any providers. I always try to set up a advance appointment. It usually works out for me. I have had problems here and there (Wichita for example, never go there to play. That's another story for another time) for the most part I have had good luck. I agree if you schedule that far out your ass better be there.

Actually, I've been back for a bit but had no interest in posting.  In fact, I still don't.  But Rod's partly right: flame wars have been going on here since the earth cooled.  What he doesn't realize is he certainly bears his share of the blame.  Everyone seems to know that but him.

Like it was ONLY you. And I don't point fingers. You did that yourself in this case.
