For clarification, she does not already have a review on TER and you are posting her first one.

Actually, even if it's not a first-time review it's still tedious. Unless the rules have changed, you have to fill it out even if it's already complete and EVEN THOUGH it doesn't really change the profile. That takes a Problem Report.

Thanks, inicky46, I agree with those points.

to the Beta version.  You no longer have to complete the whole profile, just a few items like your scores, smoker or not, on time, chemistry, attitude and atmosphere, etc.   Its a breeze now compared to before.  It takes just a few minutes before you get to the two narrative sections.

The first reviewer is the only one that has to fill out the entire profile including her appearance and menu.  It IS tedious.  I am often the first one to see a new girl that arrives at one of the agencies I frequent, but I usually don't write my reviews for at least a week after I have seen her, so by then someone else has often put up  the profile which eliminates the extra 15-20 minutes for me.  I have no ego issues about being the first to review a new girl, but there are enough guys in my area that do, so it gets me off the hook.  Lol

to the Beta version.
Approximately when did that change to the Beta version, coeur-de-lion?

TER recruited a group of VIP hobbyists and providers by PM and invited us to "play" with the beta version that was in development and then give TER our feedback on likes, dislikes, and potential problem areas. They switched over in February 2017.  There were glitches that needed to be fixed and the entire site was down  on some days for hours at a time while they worked on the problem areas.  There were members here going through withdrawal symptoms while the site was down similar to those going through alcohol or nicotine withdrawal.  It was pretty much all fixed within a few weeks.

Some members (e.g., impposter) were posting on Suggestion and Policy for many YEARS to advocate for the autopopulate feature:

.
TER actually listened to us and made the change!  What's next, X-out-of-Y review scoring?

I know a thing or two, because I've seen a thing or two. And I see your dilemma.....
You write ALOT of first time reviews. And I see that they're LOOOOOOOONG. Maybe try to cut down on how descriptive you wanna be. Remember, know your audience. Kinda get to the point, does she or doesn't she. I fall into that sometime so I know it kinda hard because you wanna relive the experience....so I think you may find that part "Tedious".
But one thing I found in doing a first time review that I hate is the coping and pasting her website to her profile, especially if she has alot of ads. And then there's General and juicy shit you wrote on Word and copying pasting it to her profile....It's just a pain to me..
Put there's more so you may not be alone

hpygolky,
Thank you for having looked at some of the reviews I've written. As far as them being way too long, you're 100%, but it's an occupational hazard: I'm a writer by trade. I won't lie by saying that I'll cut back on length, but I do truly appreciate you letting me know how it's perceived from the other side of the pen. I'm one of those leopards whose spots can't easily change. (Besides, I love to write.)

Technically, I don't truly have a dilemma about tedium. I was wondering what other's opinions are, so I posted the question mostly just to stimulate conversation here on the board.

[I've noticed an overall trend here I'm the Discussion Boards that a lot of members seem to misunderstand exactly what's being said or asked in posts, such as many people thinking the original poster is asking for pointers on solving a problem when in fact it's just a has-anything-like-this-happened-to-you post.]

with more detail.  In particular, its helpful for me to hear how the girl responds and reacts to various things the reviewer says or does.  Many reviews just recite the menu and what they did.  We can mostly tell that from reading her profile, but it goes to another level in a longer review, especially when wondering how she connects with customers and what makes the chemistry work.  For most older mongers, the social aspect is important to enjoyment of the session, its not just about whether she "can take a pounding" or not.  For us, GFE means what it says.  We want to feel briefly like we are with a girlfriend, not a hooker, and the best ladies can deliver that, but the way we find out about it is in detailed reviews, not the generic ones.  I try to write my own reviews to include information that I like to get from the reviews of others that I read when choosing a girl to see.

and equally as often members here LOVE to answer questions that were never asked.

Reading comprehension tends to be very weak around these parts. I know you are new here, but you will find I am someone who almost NEVER asks for actual advice from the peanut gallery, but that certainly doesn't stop people from giving it to me, all the advice I could ever need and more, MUCH MUCH more. lol
