Interesting. I have never called a gal by her name and have never had a gal call me by mine…. because they are made up. What's the point. This goes for long time repeats not just one offs. I  am talking about when we are together.. In an introductory email asking for an appt I routinely say “Hello X” and introduce myself by name. It ends there.

It is amazing that he lived so long. Crosby and Nash played an amazing show in Massachusetts in 2007. I was there as a volunteer for the public radio station that sponsored the event. I hate to speak ill of the dead, but Crosby acted nasty and was a very unhappy man backstage. Maybe he wasn't feeling well. Graham Nash, on the other hand, was a gentleman and very kind and welcoming.  

I saw Crosby nod out on stage while playing solo acoustic. Heroin will do that. Eventually a roadie intervened.

Arranged a duo with a couple of lovelies, one of whom--we'll call her A--has done some porn that apparently involved pegging.  It was my first duo with A, but had seen B in a couple of duos.
