Yes, it's a hit-and-miss affair even with those mongers vouched and their over-the-top drooled reviews. Since the Operator moderates the forum, I suspect the subpar reviews might not get posted. Nevertheless, it's a cult forum and one really needs to really read between the lines.

I have had the pleasure of seeing several ladies from XO.  
They are legit and if you are into Russians then they are your cup of tea.
Of course with some ladies the level of enthusiasm changes but they are a legit operation to say the least.

I used them about 8 times in LA.  Experiences were generally ok.  Tend to be younger ladies.  About half spoke some sort of English.  The agency is high volume as most of the ladies see 8-10 guys a day.  The ladies get fatigued.  Some aren't into kissing.  Rates went up to $480/hr (a discount for repeats) and at that price point there are better and more consistent experiences out there.  Why pay close to $500/hr for a crap shoot when there are plenty of sure things that will provide an awesome experience.

As somebody once told me, "They make look like us, but they aren't us". The mechanical service is the norm, and every now and then you find a gem. This is a warning to read the reviews carefully. If a girl doesn't have a review don't see her, period.I've had Victoria Secret model quality and then I'm sure it was the mom of the girl pictured. I use them a few times a year. There are some gems, but as noted previously service in general is mechanical.

One last very important note. XO will usually embed one photo that is the 'actual' not retouched photo of the girl in the portfolio. Search for that photo to get a sense of what she really looks like.

XO no longer travels to my city. But, I see them any time I am on the road and timing works out. Since I am a long term member with access to their "secret site" I do not know about newbie requirements.  

Have used them for years and overall would have to say they have been pretty good. As previously commented they are good at scheduling and have seen some beautiful ladies with some good times.
