I may be the douche of the year but thanks to Twatter the thrill is gone. The day that a fairly full of herself and a few  extra pounds provider (who charges more than 2k an hour) uses 10K bracelets and bloody tampons to charm me is the same day that my high school sweetheart and wife becomes the  
most desirable woman on the planet.  

The disillusionment of that platform is almost mind bending. Not to say I want a blow up doll, but somethingg most be said for the mystique of a well made website, hot pictures  and enticing vernacular. To see once desired lady’s degrade mystery and sexuality in exchange for bragging rights, male bashing,  trash talk and cheap thrills has brought an inferno to what I considered to be my secret oasis. On that note, I thought I’d seen all the filth that Sex worker twatter has to offer, but Layla Hayeks bloody and gross tampon takes the cake for me.

Story really isn’t that juicy. It’s of the “do not give a deposit ever” variety.  

 
I saw her a couple of years ago. Back when she was a $400 an hour gal. Not with her current pricing. It was during the time period that reviews were down. I saw one of her ads that she was gonna be in DC Saturday to Tuesday. I remembered her since before reviews were taken down, she ranked highly in NYC.  

 
I request to see her Sunday afternoon. I send screening. I’m approved. I’m asked to send a deposit of half to confirm the appointment by the end of the week. I thought that was strange because her ad and her website had no mention of needing a deposit. In retrospect, I should’ve walked away. But because I remembered her being highly ranked, had never been with a Persian escort, was thinking with my little head and I didn’t want to be difficult, I sent the deposit.  

 
4 days after sending, she sends me an email that she didn’t realize Monday was a public holiday so she won’t be in DC during the weekend, but she will be here Tuesday to Thursday. Not sure what one had to do with the other but I find it odd that she purchased an ad on another site and got the date wrong and didn’t realize this until I sent her money. Weekdays aren’t good for me since I work long hours. I explain that to her. She suggests meeting after work Tuesday. I only agree since she already has half my money. I kind of figure she’d either give me extra time or give me a discount the day of the appointment. The last time I had scheduling issues with a provider, that provider gave me $100 off on our appointment.  

 
Day of the appointment comes. She suggests getting a drink beforehand. I decline since there was a possibility I had to work early the following day. Also it’s kind of a pet peeve when someone tries to dictate the terms of an appointment. I scheduled a 90 minute appointment, social time isn’t really expected. It’s not like I scheduled a 4 hour appointment where I intended on being horizontal for all 4 hours.  

 
 She wasn’t the best with communication but she was tolerable. The appointment was ok.  I get no discount for scheduling snafus. After stuff, she kind of suggests going out and getting a drink. I’m down, but I’m expected to compensate. At that point, no. From what I remember, she shorted me about 20 minutes in time. But as I was leaving she mentions that she always gives extra time to repeat clients.  

 
She emailed twice in the following months letting me know she’d be back in town. I declined both times. Then she stopped. I’m guessing she thought i was a sucker and figure I’d keep sending her deposits.  

(In an somewhat related tangent, it’s always the women that you have no intention of seeing again that bug you for a repeat appointment. It’s never the women that I enjoyed being with.)

But this experience solidified me in not giving deposits ever. I’m not trying to pay you a deposit for Sunday afternoon, only to be forced to accept a Tuesday evening appointment because you don’t know what day it is.  

 
I get it. Supply and demand. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t repeat at $400 an hour. I have no idea how she’s able to get guys to pay 6 times that amount.
