You schedule appointment with provider a week in advance.

Fill out form. No references, so employment is verified.

You contact provider via your work e-mail.

Day of appointment. Confirmed.

Hour of appointment - walk into incall, pretend to have emergency phone call and walk out to be back "in less than 5 minutes" because u have to drop something very important off just around the corner.

Needless to say sayonara ...

Before everyone jumps on MY throat - pics recent, accurate and not photoshopped.

Usually I am very lenient with cancellations, rescheduling and emergencies. But this is just beyond fucked up.

So, what is the thought process of walking out on provider who has all your info and knowing you are going to have one pissed of woman on your ass?

You could risk being exposed and you can bet for certain, she'll pass along your info to the ladies boards. Hell, you might even make the National Blacklist if that relic is still in existence. Since you kept changing the voice and the tense its was really hard for me to understand the perspective you were telling this from. There is no good reason to leave a session if the lady is/was "as advertised." That's some dirty shit. Now, if she was bait and switch, then you have every right. It's a dangerous game you play, but if you have no one to answer to, leaving is not a crime, it's just bad business and an act that will catch up to you one of these days. Imagine trying to walk out on a pimped lady w/o paying. You might be in for a world of hurt. Believe me, your doctor's bill or your funeral will cost a lot more. Pay to play or stay away. Some of us still want nice ladies to do what they do.

Event took place literally an hour ago and I am the provider.

Sorry for confusion - was trying my best not to use terms I wanted to :-)

Never had a walk out or negative  review or anything that would imply false advertising on my part. Pictures are updated every 3-6 months.

Once I had a gentleman change his mind during outcall. He wanted a strap-on play and at last moment changed his mind. Advised me of that, offered cancellation fee and while I was not thrilled, I certainly was not angry.

Had this person simply said "sorry this is not going to work out and here is $X for your time and for incall you had arranged and I have to go." I would shrug and never think twice of this.

Pretending to have emergency and walking out .... Once again NOT using the words I would love to use.

So far I had sent him text message saying "I guess it is safe to say you are dealing with emergency. I will wait 10 more minutes. If you can't make it back I will be emailing you cancellation req shortly"

And no, I do not plan on sending communication to office email. At least not yet.

In both ranks there are flakes. There's nothing to suggest that he's scary or dangerous, just a flake. Let the ladies in your area know discreetly and let it go. You can't afford to put any more energy into it. He's not worth the trouble.

And as far as newbies ... I am probably one of best choices for nerve wrecking first encounter as you know from some of my reviews :-)

I have no intention of being vindictive bitch over something like this.

But do you honestly think that asking for cancellation fee is not justified?

I'm with you, anon: if the provider isn't what I expected, then the right thing to do is MAN UP and say I'm sorry but I'd rather not, here's $$ for your trouble. Yes, there's that fear factor that the provider might try to get even for the cancellation, but when you play with fire you occasionally get burned (guess that goes both ways)....or am I being too nice about it?

Or uses pics from 10 years ago - turn around and leave. You don't owe her a penny. But when it is nerves, change of mind or bad research, no reputed provider will retaliate if offered reasonable compromise.

There are many different reasons why he might have gotten cold feet which have nothing to do with you.

Speculating on your part could easily lead you to a false conclusion.

My first time with a provider, because I had no clue what I was doing, was harrowing.

We often note that what providers do can't always be easy, and I agree.

But it isn't always automatically easy, just because someone happens to be male, to walk in cold and have sex with an unfamiliar woman without any context for the sex or anything else. In fact, it can be quite difficult,

I doubt that you will see any reimbursement. I can tell you that most certainly a very large majority of us (whether clients or escorts) would be more or less, in the same emotional state in which you are in, if we were just treated in such a way. However, let your wise and cool head prevail and do not take a drastic action while under the spell of your current emotions.

Let me pose a different scenario to you: What if this was going to end up as one of your worst sessions for as long as you care to remember? Be compassionate and let it go without driving yourself insane over it (no one enjoys being tricked or taken for a fool)  but make sure that this moron gets an :honorable" mention on the Ladies Only Board.

Good luck, CS~

it was an emergencey. If not maybe the guy just couldn't go thru with it for his own reasons and it had nothing to do with you. Without references, maybe a first timer and he had to back and didn't know how to handle it properly. My bet, there was no throght process.

You know, not everyone lives in your world and knows the rules of the road. We don't get this stuff with mothers milk.

reference how many reviews you have or the quality of your performance or appearance.  Assuming all is above average, the guy owes you a cancellation fee and if he doesn't come through in a timely manner, you should blackball his ass all over the boards.  No excuse for a dumbshit move like he pulled.

Again, sorry this happened to you.

Did you even notice the title of this thread?

It was not "what should I do?"

It was not "how do I get my money?"

It was not "I"m going to ruing this bastard!"

However, it was asking about what can someone possibly be thinking when putting herself in situation where he has potentially very angry provider after him.  Majority of replies said - probably nervous newbie who freaked out and did not know what to do.

I knew what I am going to do the moment he walked out of the door.  Because it was obvious that entire "emergency phone call" was staged.  He did not get one, he pretended to make one.  And there were no documents to drop off around the corner in his hands.

I knew its exactly what was happening and knew exactly what I will do.  Which is wait 15 minutes and call.  Wait another 15 min and send polite text saying "sorry about your emergency, I will contact you later to discuss cancellation arrangements".

And today I will send a very well worded e-mail to his hobby account.  Probably another one in a week if I remember to do that. Hopefully he will realize potential consequences of his actions and will not repeat this little stunt in the future.

Do I actually EXPECT to receive cancellation fee?  Naaah.   Chances of that happening are nil to zero UNLESS I act as I said I COULD.  And once again, my question was why anyone in his right mind would put himself in such situation.

Any provider will tell you she has to deal with last moment cancellations and NCNS on regular basis. We eat up the financial loss and move on.

By "usually lenient" in my PERSONAL practice I was referring to what I do in such cases.  If client is new and cancels last moment he will not be scheduled again.  If regular client cancels or reschedules too often, he is politely  told "next time you schedule I will need a deposit" .

In few years as a  provider I blacklisted exactly TWO people.  One refused to pay AFTER appointment claiming he lost his wallet (I am one of those ladies who does not insult you with request for money minute you walk in) and another for physically assaulting me during appointment.

However, this person had no idea about me, my ethics, my ways to conduct business.  For all he knew I could have drug habit and a pimp or be the kind of girl to show up in his office screaming and yelling.  There are 100 different ways his life could be made hell.

I posted with alias with precise purpose of getting honest unbiased reactions and will be more then willing to provide you with my TER ID should you reply with YOUR real handle.

Fact that you read the post the way you read it speaks volumes about you Sir.

PS  And yes, guys do come crying on board every time they had NCNS.

Dust was settled within an hour of the event.  Yeap, I was not in a good mood at that moment, but a day when I will let something like this really get to me will be the day I should seriously reevaluate my life.

One question though since u mentioned word "extortion".

Many service professionals state that any cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be subject to 100 percent cancellation fee.  Is that an extortion when you get their bill in your mail?

In your original post you stated:
“Usually I am very lenient with cancellations, rescheduling and emergencies. But this is just beyond fucked up.”

Usually? Does that mean sometimes your *not* lenient in such cases? And let’s face it girl you are not married to, but engaged for a while in this game for better or worse. That is just the way it is sometimes. It may not necessarily be ‘fucked up’. He may not have known how to handle the situation and wound up doing so poorly.

Then further down you respond to a poster:
“And no, I do not plan on sending communication to office email. At least not yet.”

Now just what the fuck does this mean? If you are not compensated, you *might* consider emailing him at his office or even worse? Again, you are in this for better or worse and sometimes shit happens. If you express it here, it makes me feel that you would certainly consider such fucked up vindictive options if things do not turn out your way. Now, that is ‘fucked up’ girl, big time.

Then even further down you made another response:
“no reputed provider will retaliate if offered reasonable compromise.”
The trigger word here is IF. Does this again mean you are ready to retaliate? Will you blacklist him? Had you tired to communicate only one time to see why he had such an abrupt decision making process? Or you are ready to retaliate, because you did not get compensated properly for the cancellation right at the incall.

Look these sorts of comments you have made in my mind’s eye are some scary shit. Just the hint that under an alias you tell us your real feelings makes me for one someone I would want to avoid like the plaque. If I had an emergency and had to run, I risk you calling my work, or worse yet my home after you dig up all the appropriate stuff you will need. There are all kinds of stories out there of some vindictive hooker who did not get her Benjamin’s taking it out on a hobbyist.

Every single hobbyist who has been in the game for any length of time has had a NSNC situation or perhaps more.  Do they *all* come crying to the discussion board with an attempt to disguise their anger, when all they really want to do is get back at her?

Get over yourself girl. This is part of the game you chose to play. Take it or leave it. Look forward to you next many gents who would never think of doing something so thoughtless. And put this one behind you chalking it up to experience or save it for that book you will write when you retire, or they retire you. Let’s see… it could be called…”The Unhappy Hooker”

Think it through.  Who has the most to lose? What he did was wrong, but if you do anything beyond letting the other providers know about him you could be on the wrong side of the law.  Extortion is a serious charge. You cant say that your a provider and he stood you up so he owes you money.  Calling his work might cause some embarassment but he would say you were just a women he met that didn't work out and now your harrassing him. Or he might go off the handle and try to track you down. Is it really worth the risk?  Let the boiling blood cool down and chaulk it up to things dont always go right.

I clearly stated that I have moved on. As in not even in the least giving it any time.

The question that I have asked in my reply was whether or not a bill sent to client's home by service professional considered extortion. You mentioned this word and it made me think of other situations which have nothing to do with escorting.

So humor me. I have curious mind :-)

If you schedule appointment with mental health practitioner you HAVE to pay full amount if you cancel within 24h.

Practice used by them to make sure you come in for session. Now. Let's assume you have to keep your visits confidential, pay cash and prefer noone knew you have to seek help. You mention it to doctor explicitly.

At some point you skip a session, doc calls you up and says "no problem, I'll mail you a bill, you can pay at your earliest convenience."

Have you been extorted or not? Is your doctor, as service provider of perfectly legal services threatening you with exposure that may seriously jeopardize your personal or professional being ? Or merely offering convenient way of fulfilling your very legal obligation?

When you start calling some one wanting pay for an activity thats is illegal that could lead to problems Now if you are a lmt you might have a claim., but if not let it lay.  Again whatever happened to the guy scared or  a real emergency he handled it badly I am not on his side but your overreacting.

Key word is legal.  Kind of like the guy that got arrested the other day for calling the cops after he was not given the services that he paid for.  Again I say he acted badly and should have manned up but he didn’t.  With the tone of your O.P. You give a good cause for concern with a screening process as it does give you a whole hand of cards to play.  That is why I will never submit to any screening process other than provider reference or giving out my TER name.  Not trying to pick a fight here but your pushing for one and since your anon I cant look you and you previous posts up to get a feel for you.  While on the other hand you have the ability to look up mine and my reviews to get a read on me.  I have things go wrong and customers waste my time and cost me money its part of the business. It happens.  I hope this fills your curious mind.
