I Love my discretion. So my question is- Do I need to keep my website?

It's pretty simple.
I love what I do, and I have the talents to enjoy this side of life. Yet, I wish It could be much easier (like a phone call away) However, I respect my life and have blessings to loss.
SO I have to stay with my form.

What is your point of view on web sites/reviews.
Do we need pictures of ourselves?  Or do the reviews speak for us?

I don't care how good your reviews are or how great your service is, if I can't look at your pics, I am not calling.

Guys are visual, so we wanted to be awed, which entices us to call you.  You never buy a car by reading a review. You buy the car because you see the car and imagine yourself in it.

Guys are expected to reveal so much in screening, is it that hard to post blurred images?

Yes, web sites show me you're professional, not the college kid advertizing on CL.  It doesn't need a zillion picts but enough to know what to expect.  The basic Q & A.

I appreciate reviews, but I would hate to do away with web sites.  Your web site is yours and reveals things about you that you are willing to share.  Your pictures, for example, suggest, without showing completely, a beautiful and sensual woman with a lovely body and a sense of style and grace.  The things you write tell about what you consider important to say about yourself.  It is very appealing again without being self indulgent or overly specific.

I know you need a website to get the first review here. I also know there are some ladies that have reviews that no longer have a web presence.

I don't know if you need a current website in order to get new reviews. If so, you will need to keep a web presence to keep the reviews "fresh". Otherwise, guys will think you have retired.

You need a website to tell guys things that are not in the review. Particularly: Rates, how to book a date, and expectations for the date. It is also helpful so guys can find you if you have to change your phone number or e-mail address.

There are ways to keep your discretion with a website. Keep your description vague. Post pics that give guys the overall impression of your body type, but no face/explicit pics. You don't need the semi-nude pics. Pics in a little black dress are good enough for me.

You could probably get by with just a P411 page.

When scanning reviews on TER i rarely look twice at a providers review if there is no website to show photos. Men are very visual people if you hadn't noticed that yet. Mental connection is a big thing for me but if there is no physical attraction I'm only getting half of what I am paying for. Besides from what I understand about TER your main stats part of the review page is filled out by your first reviewer and doen't change with each subsequent reviewer.
It's a YMMV thing that different men may describe your appearence differently based off of their own prefferences. Reviews play a big part but without the photos I'd rather not take the chance.

If you want new business. i agree that guys are very visual, and a picture is worth a thousand words as they say. Most guys, including myself will not see someone without seeing at least some kind of picture. For me, it is first check the pics, then check the reviews.
Now I do know of 1 provider in my home town with no website. However this is more of a hobby for her, too and just a way to make a little extra cash, and she is extremely low volume and selective. She seems to be perfectly happy just seeing a few guys who are her regulars.
So, I guess my conclusion is if you just want to see your regulars, and be kind of UTR, than you can get rid of your website. But if you want to grow your business and have new clients, than I would keep it.

I like to read as much as I can about the lady I'm thinking about seeing. I want to get a feel for her personality. I think the ones who spend some time flirting on these boards see a good return on their investment of time. Pics are a definite must - no pics=no calls.

Yes, you need to have a website. When you get right down to it, the ambiance, the conversations, the intellectual connection is all extras as to the reason a client and provider meet. The meeting is based almost entirely on a physical interaction.

Men are very visual and get motivated by a beautiful woman. Since men are different and their version of beauty is different then just taking another guys word for it is not nearly enough, we must see you for ourselves. That, alone, is enough for a website.

Now also add in the extras mentioned above and you have someone worth visiting.

I need to see pictures of some kind.  For me, it's a combination of the reviews and pics.  I won't say never but If there aren't any pictures, I'm not calling 99.9% of the time and I haven't called any provider without seeing a pic of some type in 10 years.
