I've totally run out of ideas.  I'm looking for music to pump up the adrenalin when I'm at the gym.  All suggestions are welcome with the exception of "chick music".

World Destruction by Time Zone - it's on Itunes.  John Lydon (Johnny Rotten) and Afrika Bambaataa.  Great work out tune.

I'm not sure how easy it would be to find it. But if you can get it, you will never want to stop running. No need to understand Russian. Just the tempo, rhythm and music itself will keep you on your toes.

I like alot of dance/electronic music.

Currently I am listening to "Tiesto" he is a DJ from the Netherlands, he sells out arenas and stadiums all over the world, we are talkign 25,000+ he just headlined the "Coachella festival" in So. Cal. a couple of weeks ago, The main stage after the "Red Hot Chili Peppers", He is known for playing non-stop 4-6 hour DJ sets, He was the DJ for the Summer Olympics in Greece opening ceremonies, the guy has great taste and mixing abilities for good House/Trance music.

Anyway the CD I can't stop listening to was released late last year and is called "Searching for Sunrise - Los Angeles" it is a 2 cd collection and CD #1 is just amazing.

That should keep you going at the Gym or Running or even with a Provider ;)
