You will never hire me. If we meet in person you would never know I was on here. I might be the attorney for someone on here. I don't need to know unless I need to know. Meaning as long as LE doesn't know who you are on here it is not relevant. Last thing we want in a criminal case is your history with sex workers coming out.
And I recommend you never met anyone through here. It is best for everyone involved their lives on this site stay separated from anywhere else.I was recently queried by a "Newbie Provider" on another forum for advice as to
how I safely approach doing business at Hotels to avoid LE & nosey Hoteliers.
"Newbie" states;
"I'm told LE is known to have ties at motels/hotels, how do I avoid?"
This is a significant topic I'll pose to all TER Members to submit their "advice" and
"tricks-of-the-trade" for added safety for us all.
Here's my advice I proffered to the "Newbie Provider" intermingled with my queries
to you, the TER Members:
Do you "Screen and Verify"?
"Firstly, If you're "vetting" said Clients in-advance, then there shouldn't be concern
with regard to LE."
For Hobbyists; Do you also research your desired Companion or solely opt based on
"physical appearance" and/or the desires of "your smaller head"?
LE may be present at any public establishment.
This you can't control...
However, taking necessary precautions if you must visit hotels, is paramount!
Initially, I'll go on-line and research the hotel if it is foreign to me.
I like to know the location of exits, elevators, public powder room, restaurant,
bar and parking facility; I also peruse the lobby when I arrive for Security.
Wherever you're in public, "act like you "belong" and know where you're going".
Don't appear meek, confused nor vulnerable.
Present strength, independence, maturity and sophistication and by all means
always "dress-the-part".
"Fake it till you make it"!
Thus, if you're initially meeting said Client/Companion outside of his/her hotel room,
you're being inconspicuous.
Attire modestly in "business-savvy" dress with a demure length, (no miniskirts!)
sans cleavage springing-forth.
Definitely don't sashay into the hotel lobby wearing 6-inch stripper stilettos,
displaying $$$-Bill logos! lol
Be coiffured business-like also; if your hair is long and a glaring purple color, it
may be best to don a wig of natural color, or a hat.
Don't wear "red lipstick". (Gentlemen, this applies to you also! lol)
Ladies, if you have numerous visible tattoos (cover them) and numerous ear or
facial piercings; remove them if able.
Sometimes I carry a shoulder-strap computer case, &/0r even a rolling carry-on bag.
I collect additional "luggage tags" from various Airlines when flying and display them
on my bag prior to a hotel rendezvous.
I'll fill out the "name" with a fake moniker, of course, and a fake phone#.
"Look like you're a person travelling for business"....Ironically, secretly you are!!
I'd personally never visit any Hotel which is below 4-Star in any part of the Country.
Whist touring, I will not visit less-than 5-Star establishments in the Cities of LA, Seattle,
Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NYC, and Miami and most-certainly abroad.
There's nothing worse than having an uneasy feeling upon meeting a stranger, as it adds
a layer of "natural restraint" in your personal demeanor, which thus, triggers concern in
the Client's/Provider's behavior.... It's a "domino-effect".
Screening your potential "stranger" is crucial to assuage these fears.
Speaking of "natural restraint"....
You could break-the-ice of pre-meeting nervousness, adding levity to the situation, by
breaking-out your furry handcuffs, once behind closed doors.
Use them as part of your "seduction repertoire", causing the man/woman to become
further-intrigued, laugh and release mutual tension..... the "release" is the ultimate goal
after all.
Be safe have fun!

I'd be a little taken aback if I met a provider at a hotel and asked for certain activities, and she opened the bedside drawer and said, 'Let's take a look at the users' manual first." Lol

pink furry handcuffs, right after I flash a badge!
But it's never the first time we meet, maybe second or third.
Put 'em up against a wall and give 'em a slow frisk^^!
Cool start, for both of us, to some great sessions!
I’ve been in this industry for a long time. I would not take advice from someone who is not evolved. You don’t post accurate photos. Your posts are hard to read. I don’t know why the font & words are always so difficult. You have not had a new review in years. When I look at the photos you post it’s highly questionable. 🤨 Are you a BBW or the the thin blond? It’s so confusing. Have you ever had a professional photo shoot?
Screening is essential, but no advice. Who is this post for providers or hobbyists? I would not advise bringing out furry handcuffs unless it was previously disclosed that the person was interested in kink. I think this is more of a ad. If I want to wear red lipstick 💄 the hoe police will not be notified. 😆

She has 10 years here on TER going back to 2015 so she's not a newbie.
Not many ladies post here anymore so IMO there's no reason to question her post.

They are going to arrest you. If they specifically target you as a hobbyist or provider, you are going to get arrested.
Here's my advice, I am a layer.
1. Shut the fuck up
2. Have a lawyer you trust's cell phone number memorized. When I say trust. Meaning, they will not put your business, treat you like shit, or expect anything other than getting paid. A lot of lawyers are toxic and will keep what they did for you on hand.
3. Shut the fuck up.
4. When asked any questions, 'lawyer, name of lawyer. Number of lawyer's
5. Shit the fuck up.
Police want easy arrests, limited hassle when it comes to 'victimless crime'. If you are a consenting adult. Not being forced. Not taking care of some freeloading husband, baby daddy or boyfriend we can probably get you off easily. Sometimes I can keep prints from being processed so there's no record of the arrest.
Lastly, shut the fuck up.
I think most of us on this Board are layer's.... lol

The thing that scares me the most is the mugshot online and in the papers - even if you beat the charges, the damage is done. Marriage over. Reputation shattered. All your friends and family know and it never goes away.
That's why I try to be extra careful when selecting companions and arranging trysts.
I don't put a huge amount of effort into typos here. I'm not paid to be here.
I said sometimes on the fingerprints. Meaning, the police release you before booking. They have plenty of time to investigate. If you are able to get in contact with an attorney before you go in the police car, they have a chance to get you released. This means before booking. Before mugshots. Before fingerprints. And this also means before your family and friends find out.
Now, for instance, if you are interrupted by police. They will usually handcuff you. Then often times separate you from anyone else involved, the escort. Begin to threaten and question you. An attempt to scare you. So, go back to my rules. Lawyer. Shut up. Lawyer. Name of Lawyer. Number of Lawyer. Often times, they will try to get you to incriminate yourself. If they know you are going to lawyer up. They may call you on it right away and see if your lawyer will show up. Knowing it will cost you a lot to do it. At this point, the police know they no longer have an easy conviction and just want to cost you as much as they can.
This is only a possibility of what can happen. Most likely, you will be booked, fingerprinted and have a mugshot out there. It is possible to keep your name out of the press, but I cannot make a promise on that. Most of the criminal defense I've dealt with is white collar. I mostly do business law.
4. When asked any questions, 'lawyer, name of lawyer. Number of lawyer's

Lastly, counselor - you need to work on your typing. I hope you don't write motions and the like in a similar fashion.

And whoever said he was a counselor? Certainly not him, as pointed out by someone else, he claimed to be a layer.

shit the fuck up.
I and u are right next to each other.
Also, I'm pretty sure the word is trust not trust's, or at least trusts.
So, as hstd brought up, he needs to work on his typing skills or at least read his post before posting!
Since he's a 'layer', maybe he has an incompetent secretary? Or maybe he's playing a layer because he stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night?
Sorry, that was a pretty fowl comment.
did the incorrect typing, it probably isn't their first fuck up!
So, he should still read whatever they type for him, otherwise he's the one looking incompetent
Is he 'looking incompetent'? Or is he really incompetent? I'm taking the latter. And I'm also pretty confident he's not a real attorney from the way he describes his business dealings with clients. But hey, it's nice to have someone other than rocket to laugh at.
Well, given the secretary was likely to be the layee I think we can forgive some typos due to her distractions.

I don't really care about my grammar on here. I gave my advise. Take it or not.
Regardless of whether or not you get paid for being on TER, that cavalier attitude is one reason why I would never higher you as an attorney. Grammar and language counts. Communication is important and if you are this sloppy or ignorant, how do I know this isn't how you are in your professional life?
You only have one chance to make a good first impression. Like going into a restaurant and the restrooms are dirty makes me think, if they don't care about the restrooms, then what does the kitchen look like?
By the way, you used the verb advise in your sentence, "I gave my advise." The proper word should have been "advice." Language counts.
"Take it or not." I choose not to take it from you.
But he assumes your use of the word "higher" instead of "hire" was a joke.
I was wondering if someone would catch that!!! lol
And, you're welcome!

Wow! You think I'd hire an attorney from the TER Boards??? You fail to understand that if your communication skills suck here, they probably do outside of TER as well. Thus, if I went into a consultation with you, that might determine whether we'd do business together or not.
Grammar and language should be second nature, not only "when you are getting paid for it."
As does attitude and behavior of a client. I don't need clients. I'm quite set. If you were to act like this as my client you would get one warning and then be sent a final bill and released.
Typos happen. All the time. Even on docs I actually care about and proofread. Paralegals make mistakes. We get details incorrect sometimes. This is why the client proofreads everything before it's submitted. To catch factual errors. Grammar doesn't hold up in litigation. Details are what matters.
You're just being an asshole to be an asshole. If you have an attorney, which I'm guessing you can't afford, I imagine they have told you the same.
"Details are what matter." Your words not mine.
Yes, typos happen. But I'd like to see you submit a brief to the judge with ten mistakes as was in your first short post in this thread.
Your words again: "Grammar doesn't hold up in litigation. Details are what matters." If your grammar alters the meaning of the details, then I submit you have a problem. More than half this thread has been devoted to your post instead of the OP's original premise because your incompetence shed the light in another direction. Please, keep digging your hole.
someone would care about anything they write that would go on a public board, even a fuck board!
Just gives a little insight to the person.

Bravo! Bravissimo! Brava!

(Please reiterate this to those who espouse "IDGAF about the "Spelling Police"!)
I agree wholeheartedly!
There's zero excuse for ever having mistakes in either prose or spelling on any platform!
Furthermore, if one has difficulty they're lucky enough to have "Spell Check" and "Google",
which wasn't available when I was learning.
I believe if your a high traffic provider you raise 🚩 realistically 🤑 I have booked cheap low star motel hotel for $60 for a $1k date as requested by my client because it’s convenient, and not that bad. lol The funny thing is this man owns several resorts. We are all so very different, so no I agree to disagree. Do you.
