Keep reading here that they always come back.
Is it really true in your experience?
What’s the longest period you know they have been out?
Kind of wishing my ATF from 15 years ago would come back . She would be in her mid 40s, which is now perfect age for me.

I think it is rare.

Over the 40+ years I've been in the hobby I've know at least a dozen gals who hung up their spurs, some for close to 20 years.  They found other paths to follow, though on occasion they muse about going back.

Many are daunted by the computer skills, among others, that they would need to join this world again.

stayed that way.

But there’s exceptions.  For example, a provider I know who’s also a friend retired over an year ago to find a guy for an LTR. But she couldn’t find anyone interested in more than hooking up. She figured she could have that with a few of her long-time clients who treated her better than any of her dates and get paid for it. So she unretired, albeit UTR.

All my favorite girls who left the business are gone for good. I know they will not be back bc I follow their social media. One has a several successful businesses, another is in a relationship, etc.

Some of my other faves have just decided not to tour anymore. Sadly, our loss.

Some providers have returned to us 2 or 3 years after leaving the business.. One returned 5 years later. These girls were younger for the most part.

Every lady is an individual and it's hard to generalize.

One of my favorites retired and came back 3 weeks later lol. She realized that she wasn't prepared.

Another just disappeared over a year ago without a trace. No explanation. I am assuming she found true love but who knows.

One thing is for sure - if a lady you know DOES retire chances are you'll never hear from her again.

What else do we need to know if we want to join this "world" you speak of?

I can't think of anyone I've known who "officially" permanently retired and then returned. I have known a few who disappeared for a while = went on hiatus and returned. A couple went overseas for a year or two. Working? One, definitely not. Others, I don't know. A couple moved to another US city for a while. Probably working until returning to work in my areas. Sometimes a short break from the biz is taken to relieve stress or, perhaps, scrutiny by LE or relatives or a real world job. A few months? A year or two? But not intended to be a permanent retirement.

did so for one of two reasons . . . .

1)  They entered this business with a specific financial goal in mind, achieved it, and then it was time to move on to a new chapter in their life.  These girls seldom return unless they have a significant financial reversal.  Providing was a means to an "end."  They will always remember how hard they worked to earn the money, and are unlikely to blow it.

2)   They met a man who they thought was a keeper and retired to devote their full time to the real-life relationship.   If it doesn't work out, they will often return in about a year or two after giving it a good try.  If it's successful beyond that time frame, they are unlikely to come back.   A 15-years absence is a little long to expect to ever see them in the biz again.  It's not impossible, but unlikely unless she has fallen on hard times as she ages.

For me personally, I've taken 'breaks' over the years, but never retired....
I pride myself on being present and completely in the moment  while with my date. I love to be fully engaged to ensure the best, most pleasurable experience for him and always want him to have my undivided attention.
If I'm feeling preoccupied with other responsibilities like work, family, life in general, etc. then that's when I choose to step away for a bit. Sometimes it's for a few weeks or months, and sometimes longer.
Considering there are so many incredible women to choose from, I've always considered it such an honor to be chosen as as someone's companion. After all, my goal is for the time spent with my date to be everything he wishes for. And to always exceed those expectations.
So for me, that's why I have taken breaks at times.
XO

Unless you are in a hurry to do something else with your life, yours is a sensible approach . . . . work when you can give it your all and take a break when you have other obligations or things on your mind.

You're 2700 years late and a dollar short.

"Do not let a flattering woman coax and wheedle you and deceive you; she is after your barn."

when the method of contact was pretty much ads in the back of weekly entertainment newspapers.

Not know how to switch over to today's internet driven market caused them to withdraw, even though I attempted to walk them through how to do it.   They just didn't have the desire to go ahead with it.

Other skills might relate to the alphabet soup of menu items and other issues that some customers converse in and expect any gal to also be up on.   Being over 70 myself, I can sort of relate.

Two years ago I saw a provider that had a court date immediately after our session. Saw an Ad for her recently and hired her. I asked about the court date and her absence... She said she was in prison. Her pussy was tighter on the recent visit.
