The TER admins were kind enough to amend it for me, but my question is more like....don't you find that a little too personal and unprofessional a reaction, esp from someone who is considered a well reputed escort? I mean, its almost like she took it too personally...
Ok so i met up with a local popular provider who shall remain nameless and we had a great time, i txt'ed her later saying thanks for the good time and i'll write her a nice review. I rated well on looks and thought i rated 8 on performance, but clicked 7 instead, but either way i wrote a pretty good written review. However since english isnt her strong point maybe she didn't read my detailed review, but i get a txt after its published saying shes not happy w my performance rating and it ruined her day. I mean, gimme a break, i made a mistake and its still a good score, but how often do professional providers get emotional like this outside of our alloted time? I swear its like having to deal w a real gf. I'd like to hear others opinions on this. Frankly i dont really care (well i guess i do enough to post) but im more curious to hear from others if what should bee a good professional relationship gets personal outside of the time together.

Why is it that now people think a 7 out of 10 is bad? For pete's sake people, get a grip. Even if it wasn't a mistaken click of the mouse any score above average with a well written review is good. If she can't handle it and calls you about it, then she isn't "going away" like you paid her to do.
1st, a review is personal to the sp. It evaluates how well she performed and areas of strength and weakness. Think about your workplace and what happens and your responses when management rates you. Persons in project areas are used to more frequent reviews and for an sp each customer/client is a project. So, try to have a little empathy.
Attitude in communications is important and e-mails are the worst in communicating attitude and emotion. Also, you mention English is not her 1st language and that is a communications impediment. Things we understand in communications may not be as easily understood. Think of love, loving and being in-love. A concept probably understood in almost any culture but trying to communicate it between 2 persons, each versed in a different language can be difficult.
It is not like dealing with a real GF unless you'd publicly comment on your time with her. This is more personal. Be polite, understanding, sympathetic and empathetic. It was your mistake and not a performance issue on her part. I do not know her nor read the review but it sounds like she takes pride in doing the best in what she does and is recognized for it. Coming up short even once may be in her culture a loss of face as well as a leaving her with a loss of personal pride.
In talking to some workers, there is a sense that they understand the relationship but when they give their bodies there still a personal element in it. If not the experience would be akin to the plastic doll. However, they seem to feel that the men do not understand this.
Maybe you should communicate directly with her and come to an understanding as to the error you made and that it was not an issue with her performance. Maybe the way to make amends is to book another appointment (the score discussed here seems to warrant the possibility) and then write another review on the 2nd to reinforce and amend for your error.
