If you think anybody could drive HTG away you just don't know her.  Same for the rest of your list. What you fail to understand is that all of them have found a voice here that people respect and enjoy, at least most of the time.  So they don't get the flak Taylor attracted because she never understood how to get her points across without seeming like a know-it-all.  She also took it all way too personally when flames came her way.  So she was really not cut out for this place.
Besides, as others have said, she'll be back, sooner or later.  That's a lock.  The only question is, will it be as Taylor Steele or under a new handle that will be quickly smoked out.

Those ladies don't have to put up with any nonsense directed at them because they don't babble nonsense.  Taylor, OTOH, was continually talking trash (badly), making wild guesses about people that were almost always wrong (Mendoza Line weak) and generally carrying on like a wise-ass but without the wisdom.  Also unlike the other ladies listed, Taylor (though she tried to hide it) was far too sensitive about getting flamed here.  That's why she's had to leave so often, only to return, like a moth to the flame.
Personally, I could never dislike her despite all this.  But I also called her on her bullshit.

I actually like her and have told her this.  She was one of those people who just don't get it.  I'd accuse her of being judgmental and her reply was "so's everyone else."  But it was her tone that was the real problem.  And her know-it-all attitude was infuriating.
It was also hilllarious because virtually everything she said she "knew" about me was wrong.  Hence, Minnie Mendoza.
