Awe shit, bud. I’m sorry that happened to you. I hate to hear stories like that, I really do. Been there myself and don’t wish it on anybody. I been flaked on, strung along, cancelled on in the last hour, asked to push the time back at the last minute, and just plain stood up by providers waaaay more times than I’ve done those things to them. (Which is zero, actually)

That with the juggling the ladies are trying to do, they’re going to fall down more often than me, but that we’re all doing our best.
