Proper Prostate Play Prep

So due to my ED (yup Urologist is working it - still haven't found the right plan yet) I never get more than half hard now and can't cum over 80% of the time.  My AMP regular (see her every week for over 3 months - luckily she loves DATY/DATO as much as I do) said this week that some of her other clients that have my problem sometimes get results from prostate play.  She is willing to try it next week - as long as I get ready.  No more specific than get ready.  Didn't say much at the time as it took me by complete surprise.  Never tried it before but am willing - especially if it helps seal the deal as it were.

So my during my regular visits I go after work (office type work - no real sweating involved) after showering in the AM and a fast baby wipe cleanup of the boys and the butt in the bathroom just before leaving.  Don't think this will fly next week.  As they don't have a TS I am guessing go home after work, shower, then enema.  Sound reasonable to those that have done this?

Haven't really found it to be...

A cure for the type of ED that has a medical basis (rather than a psychological one).  

If a guy seems to be talking a long time, I'll throw it in the mix to see what happens. My approach is VERY slow. Soft touch on the perineum, then the edge of the anus, then the area itself... If I get an enthusiastic response, I'll delve more. If not, I'll back off and keep doing what I was doing before.  

Sometimes, it will push guys over the edge.  

Others are completely turned off.

You never know until you try :) Can't hurt (well, it can, but tell her if it does).

As for preparation, ask her what she recommends.

Yes it sounds reasonable but...

Make sure you dry your parts really well. People think just a quick wash and go  works.  Nooooo  dry those balls and especially your ass like the Sahara. Otherwise you will still smell 😕

Unless lunch is near the exit, I don't think that the enema is necessary. Do you do that before going to the doc for your annual prostate exam?  

She should probably be comfortable enough with sterile exam gloves. Either Latex or Nitrile. You might want a dab of KY on there, too, but they probably have plenty of lube on-site.  (You don't need SUPER sterile, individually wrapped operating room gloves - just the same box of examination gloves hanging on the wall at the doctor's office.) And be sure to get them in HER hand size, not your butthole size :-)  Unless she's got man-hands, get size small.

The times I've done prostate play...

My clients did not do an enema or anything (though, if you are doing one, I think showering after that would be better than before). Just a good shower. I do use a condom over my fingers when going in (no condom if just stimulating the outside) and plenty of water-based lube. The same when I've used toys.

Take a bottle to .....

Work (enema or a summers Eve douche bottle)...   Empty it into yourself & clean it out... It's so simple...   I make my clients do it when they visit my incall.. No one likes a pooy hole!!! Lol

But that hole is an exit only hole.

I would think that you might want to check if you're becoming gay.  Which is fine, no problem.

Maybe find a really hot MD to work that hole for you?  That takes the gay question off the table.  I think.

This can be great fun

It can include one or two or ....well you'll see... fingers and a careful massage of your prostate. It can include rectal balls These come in different sizes so you can start small. These are inserted into your anus one by one. They are attached and as you are getting excited. they are pulled out.  (I am over simplifying a bit. Timing is everything to get the most out of these)  
It can also be a double pleasing "feeldoe". This is a long thin, or thicker depending upon tastes, dildo on one site and another side that is made to fit into her vagina at the G spot and to hit her clit as well.  As she is using it to massage your prostate with the dildo end inserted in your rectum,  it is rubbing her clit and g spot.  She can get really excited and it can be very exiting for you.

Hey doc

Yeah the pills do nada.  Insurance Co shot down androgel as my numbers aren't QUITE bad enough.  See the Urologist this week.  Plan on bringing up inject able Testosterone.  My primary says even out of pocket its not too expensive.  Given the added benefits over just hard on shots and the fact that refrigeration for trimix may be a problem I think I want to try that route first if he agrees.  Plus the thought of injecting into the penis still makes me cringe.  The thigh not so much.

P.S. She has long thin piano player type fingers.

 3. Scrub your nooks and crannies after douching. Lather up quite well, even inserting one finger (up to the first knuckle), and rinse rinse rinse.  
   
 4. If you have been eating light to aid digestion, feel free to eat a heavy snack (starchy, something that will take its time) prior to our meeting. It will give you the energy you need.  
   
 If this sounds too extensive, then do your best.
