I had a provider ride me so hard cowgirl because she wanted to get off that the next day I had a lot of blood in my cum, it cleared up within 24 hours just a few busted blood vessels from the bruising I took. Now if it continued I would have it looked at, but it can be from bruising. Not that you still wouldn't be concerned it is still blood, but it doesn't mean that he is ill and passing it on to you.

Even if I see a lady that her TER page states she swallows, I still don't expect it. I believe it's more of a YMMV type of thing.

I've had ladies BBBJ me to completion, only to insist I never write it in the review. Which I completely understand.

Basically......If I see "swalllow" as a service offered on a lady's TER page, all that means to me is that there's a possibility for it, I never expect it. Nor would I use it against her when reviewing her.

Unless it's someone that clearly advertises it as her "expertise" service. That's a different story then.

However if a gentleman suspected, he should have it medically evaluated and act accordingly.  Since this individual chose not to, he is no gentleman.   Period.
If the tables were turned, I would be upset.

I had to take several months off from all sex due to an UTI infection...   I abstained until I had been cleared by my Urologist.

If he had recently had a biopsy of his prostate, there could have been blood too.  Yes cancer is an illness, but not along the lines of the STD family and not contagious.

its a case by case basis on a lot of things in this business for some of us.
If you have bad breath green teeth rotten teeth and so on,
No there will be no DFK and maybe no Daty.
I didnt sign up to subject myself to poor hygiene
Theres not enough money out there for that,
Stinky cheesy balls and maybe no BJ

Not enough money for that either.

I dont believe we are paid to over look your inability to behave well and have good hygiene.
So Yes many things are subject to a case by case basis

"Oh, you never tasted your cum ? don't you think it's time since you want me to swallow it." Never fails case closed. Although a few gentlemen took me up on it and we did enjoy a lot of fun...less for me to swallow and I felt less likely no one would swallow their own cum if it was nasty.

I have had gentlemen cum in my mouth knowing all to well they had prostate problems. This is infection and although seldom causes problems in your mouth it could swallowing it. Blood in semen is common with older gentlemen

NO ONE should have blood come out of their penis and no one should ingest it.

Blood being the issue I see your point about not getting it in your mouth. You as a provider don't have any idea about what's happening and the guy should not have done the CIM if he had any idea that there would be blood in the semen. He was definitely out of line.

Now to your point about no one should have blood coming out of their penis. There are many reasons that it can happen and none of them are serious or life threatening. A trauma to the penis such as a previous poster describes can cause it. Check WebMD to see many possible causes not related to disease. So your statement that no one should have this happen is incorrect. However a guy shouldn't go see a provider during the time it's happening whatever the reason. It should definitely be checked out if it continues or chronically reoccurs.

because if I found blood in something I was about to swallow or had just swallowed, I can't imagine I'd feel too warm and fuzzy. But in truth, blood in semen is rarely anything serious (see article), and in fact you are way better off swallowing it where your stomach acid will destroy just about anything infectious, than holding it in your mouth waiting to spit.

If it's any consolation, once I was giving head to this drunk chick I met in a bar and I got something weird in my mouth - looked like peas and carrots! I said Man, I'm gonna throw up!! She said, huh, that's what the last guy said.

Ba-dump bump.

Go to your local clinic and start a series of Hepatitis B vaccine. This is series of 3-4 shots over a 5 month period. This helps protect you from contact with blood and body fluids. It's not that expensive, and you don't need a doctor's permission. I recently had to do clinicals @ a hospital, and this was required before I started. This vaccine gives long-term protection, possibly lifelong.

sure shows lack of respect when they do that....I won't say they are playing stupid because they know exactly what's cumming out and see this problem

I have told men they have a problem and their answer "I know and have had it checked out all ready". "Well why didn't you tell me" You know his cup of coffee is empty and no refills from me

For babies/young children, if I remember correctly, it's 3 shots & yes, it's for life.... for adults, maybe it's more?
