Care to elaborate on what's going on?

baiting someone who is here on this board, but for the who or why, I'm just as clueless as you.  

a guy wants to book a date and says: "I've seen you before."  
But he doesn't say "when" or "where."  He doesn't provide any information.  It's frustrating because he expects her to remember him and all her clients.

I just felt it would be better for all (including you) if the board got a fuller explanation. Thanks for providing it, in your inimitable way!
