Is it just me or does it seem like a many number of reviews seem to exxagerate (At best) and flat out lie (at worst) about the experiences with the girls ?? Every time i read a really dirty review i make sure to go see the girl (i am based in London) , however when with them , many of the services and specifics mentioned turn out not to be on offer - most notably : fingering and cum in mouth...

Thoughts ?

Maybe its your appearance. Who knows, sometimes take a shower before the session. I've been with a several providers, and they they never have a problem sharing their stories with me. Its always the same thing with them. Even though they offer GFE, they don't offer GFE to every guy they see. Their answers were hygiene and physical appearance. Sometimes, they don't look too fresh if you know what I mean.

When you arrange an appointment, just point out to them a specific review that described what you had in mind, rather than being too blunt/graphic.  Then the provider will know what you expect, and should move things in those directions.

well-groomed, looking clean-cut, and washing thoroughly definitely helps, IMHO

1. OP should try taking a good shower AT the location where she can witnessl.  
Pay close attention to 'particular areas' lol
If the girl knows we're clean then magic may happen.

2. brush teeth, rinse, mouthwash. make sure no trace of dragon breath exists

3. now make a GENTLE request to the girl during the session,
if those acts are allowed and if she would do it.  don't request if above two requirements aren't met.

Too subjective a term, really just marketing propaganda - has no value. Ignore. EVERYONE claims to do it, yet what actually takes place differs widely.

I have to agree with the gentlemen above.  Showered, shaved, freshbreath are of the upmost importance, and I would like to add what you wear is also very important.  Be prepared for the "date", its that simple.  After all she has done all that if she is truly worth your time, just be worth hers.

I'm not disagreeing with anything said to this point. Being clean and fresh is the only way to go. Too, YMMV can come into play. But, I'll add it could be that the review was indeed exaggerated or simply states something that didn't actually happen. One previous poster has a good idea about mentioning a specific review that contained what you're looking for in a session. Don't go into detail until you're at the session though. When setting up the date you could ask if her TER profile is accurate. PM's to some of the reviewers might help but if they weren't honest they probably won't tell you that. It's worth a try though.

While there are differences over what GFE and PSE mean, there's no doubt that GFE includes DFK, DATY and BBBJ.  But if a girl who offers this believes you aren't clean or may be carrying something, she might only offer you a CBJ.  Then there are "safety girls" who will let you DATY but only offer CBJ, and others who won't even let you DATY, which would actually be "the bare minimum."  Some people believe PSE means greek.  Some don't.  Plus I am personally aware of top providers who are known for greek but will refuse it if the guy's too big.  That's what YMMV means.

I had a provider who claimed GFE and everything but fucking and LFK and cbj was off the table.  Maybe more of it is on there for repeaters as a carrot, but that wasn't hinted to me (other than maybe dfk) and I really don't want to go back as a result of the limited experience, especially for the high price.

If you see well-reviewed girls and PM some of their recent reviewers before booking, it is much less likely this will happen.

Good point.  This one did not have any recent reviews and none under her current pseudonym - so I didn't know she had prior reviews.  Interesting to note that one old review did mention bbbj.  Maybe she has cut back or maybe that was a prize for a repeater.  I don't know.

My experience, GFE is a good thing. With some GFE providers CIM was not on the menu but with many it was/is and I took full advantage of it. The only thing that hasn't been available with any of the GFE ladies I have seen is greek. (There is one provider I see that will do greek in a GFE session but she states that she is a GFE/PSE provider.)
If your not getting more than the bare minimum from the GFE providers you have seen I recommend you keep looking and be sure to check out the reviews to see what is consistently done during the session.

It has been stated here many times that everyone has their idea of what GFE actually means so don't go by an ad or what have you saying GFE, check out the reviews and PM the reviewers.

I will shower upon arrival if more than an hour travel time, I launch from my appt with a fresh shower.  I often take a liquid soap in my travel kit.  Through hand washing at her location makes a big difference in some cases...  and I don't blame them.  Who knows what you've touched in the last hour...  and you want to put your fingers where?  I do let a woman guide me in pleasing her.  I have had the same provider happily accept certain advances from me and really freak on other occasions.  When pleasing a partner, I view my efforts as the motor but I try to be observant & let her be the driver.   Trying to pleasure her to "make her" O does not generally work....  I offer her the opportunity & she does with it what she pleases.  

Beyond that, I find reviews are pretty accurate if you have some experience.  I discount the first review until it is confirmed by later reviews.  My theory is it is likely written by a friend, lover, or otherwise non-objective observer.  Often we'll read of services (like BBBJ) not offered to later clients.  The mosty important line in a review is "Will you see her again?"

...for me.  I'm fairly new to the hobby and don't have a lot of experience but what experience I have had is just the opposite.  I have generally been surprised that I rate these ladies higher than the guys who wrote some of the reviews.  I'm not all that good looking or wealthy and I am fairly easy to please, but I have been routinely and consistently pleased.  Go figure.
