No, really, there's no set way to figure it out.  It depends on whether she likes doing them and wants to encourage them by offering an attractive rate.
I've never done one and have no real desire to, because I fail to see the value in paying someone to sleep next to me.  I also have no desire for morning sex.

Lot of good comments here.  You have to decide what you are expecting in the overnighter.  She should be someone you've seen before.  As mentioned it wouldn't be 12 hrs of continuous sex.  So you should have some chemistry with her.  I've only done it a couple of time and have always had a great time.  As mentioned the rates should be adjusted so you're not paying to see her sleep
