All of this is discussed at length in many threads on the Newbie board. You need to read back several pages. Also there are links at the top with much basic information. It is much more risky that a provider will scam you in some way if she doesn't have reviews. Anything like this YMMV (read the guide at the top) depending on chemistry... but at least you'll have an idea what to expect. skb
Every provider has her way of how she wants things done. So I would say read all of here information on her web site… After all we have all but a lot of work into them So read them.
