I have a teenage daughter and I did all those things when she was a baby, but now she's all grown up and I wouldn't even consider touching her bottom. If I tried to, she wouldn't stand for it, as I think she shouldn't. It's pretty easy for a father to see that his little baby daughter is all grown up and has a woman's body. You absolutely see her differently.
When my sister and I were ages 2 and 4, we used to each wrap our legs around one of our Dad's legs and he would go walking through the house with us like that. I'm 34 now, I am now a little old to be humping my father's leg. As children grow up their roles with their parents, and siblings for that matter, change. I've an 11-year old daughter who it seems developed breasts overnight! She is now very uncomfortable if I put my arm around her shoulders... and I am uncomfortable with some of her clothes (We are a workin on that!).
