Anyone who gets this email listed below, in a email account may it be Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, live.com... This is a a scam, two providers I know sent the information in and these scam artist emailed every client asking for money calming the ladies were in trouble and to send to a p.o box. These scam artist have many different accounts set up under many different names and are TARGETING THE ADULT ENTERTAINMENT WORLD ESPECIALLY PROVIDERS. BE SAFE..

AS SOON AS YOU GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION THE SCAM ARTIST CHANGE YOUR PASS CODE YOUR 2ND EMAIL YOUR SECRET PASS CODE EVERYTHING SO BE CAREFUL.

We are sending this email to you so that you can verify and let us know if you still want to use this account. If you are still interested please confirm your account by filling the space below.Your User name, password, date of birth and your country information would be needed to verify your account.

any and every legitimate inquiry of that type will direct you to log into a page on the relevant website, which will be secure.

Even then, make sure that the URL is what it should be.....

This scam you mention has happened to several proviers. I've gotten three of these emails....

I Fav lady lost her Hotmail account a year or so ago.  She never got it back.  If I had not hads her phone, I thought she was unhappy with me!  Perhaps the anti-illegal terms got her or maybe she was scammed.  I never heard from any scammers.
Still one can never be too careful.

This scam probably originated overseas as the grammar isn't right.

It's bad enough to be taken in by a scam, but to be scammed by an illiterate con artist would be the ultimate indignity. lol

there are many software programs to help sniff these out. Spam and anti-virus programs such as spamilator, norton or avg.

Consumer Reports recently evaluated free and pay programs.

Another tip-off that these are bogus? Usually the email address listed for you in the body of the email is not yours. Usually it's kind of close but no Cubano.
