Even when seeing a regular provider?
Or from the providers standpoint get nervous when seeing a regular hobbyist?

If things were to get soooooo comfortable with an ATF or regular that there were no nervous jitters,  I think that would be a bad sign and perhaps time to move on.   No provider should be complacent with her reg's.

Maybe it's just my personality, but I've never felt nervous and can't think of any reason why one should be.

When I'm seeing one of my two regular ladies no. Both are way UTR and low volume. It's almost always out call and neither of them even advertises anymore so I really don't worry.

When I see a new lady there is a bit more apprehension but I stick with Gals and agencies that are well reviewed on TER.

I think the fear of the unknown is obviously much more real from the provider's standpoint. I know both of my favs have chosen to earn less money by working UTR and only seeing a small group of regular customers.  Fear of who might be waiting behind that door, not fear of LE is what motivated both their decisions.  As one of them once told me, there are worse things than getting busted.

Even regular customers can cause problems. Sometimes it's more of a shock because you think you can trust a guy that you have seen before. That's what my ATF thought until she came out of the bathroom and saw a regular going through her pocketbook. There are always going to be A-holes who decide they want to get a little rougher than last time, try to stay past their welcome or decide it's OK to take an unauthorized discount.

but my nervousness with regulars has to do with worrying whether or not they will find me pleasing, whether or not i will provide them with an awesome experience...not about personal safety.

I still get nervous as hell, especially when I'm about to meet a new friend. My voice is apt to crack like a teenager in puberty. I trip over things that aren't there, and more often than not, I thoroughly expect that I'm going to do or say something incredibly stupid.

I like all the feelings, that what life is all about.

At least it is for me.

Absolutely. Nervous/sick. Who's to say they haven't gone off their meds or caught an STD since the last time I saw them. When someone stops being nervous and lets their guard down is when someone might strike.

they all seem to dissapiers or don't hing on the same street corner by the time I ready again. OR they are to dirty why see the same muddy chick twice.

Yes when I see a new friend.

However, I'm ok with my ATF just like Bostonguy said. My AFT is also UTR and stopped ad-ing.

BTY, I'm going to see a new friend this week. Wish me luck.

I want to make a good impression because I like her and I want her to keep liking seeing me. After a few minutes it all settles down.

I am less worried with a new lady. I still want to make a good impression but I have no emotional attachment. I feel like I have nothing to lose. It is just some play time.

I agree with treetopflier.  More nervous around my ATF and for no reason, given the # of times I've seen her.

I thought it was natural to get those butterflies (good description, Sophie.)before a blind date. Even though I put my best foot forward in preparation, the pressure of meeting expectations is there.  If I am spending time with anyone where there was mutual chemistry enough for us to see each other again, then usually, I still get the jitters, but I am mostly excited in anticipation.

I have no idea why. Maybe because no providers have started chasing me with an ax.

Hell Yeah.

The day that it becomes easy to open that door is the day that it becomes far less exciting.

Since I am very comfortable with her.   I am not trying to impress anybody, and with a regular woman I see, there is no need to be anything else than who I am.

What do I have to be nervous about anyways???

with a regular. The anticipation is almost orgasmic. That's what makes is so erotic and fun!

former athlete, it is a similar feeling to game day.  The excitement builds during the day, the final hour of preperation (shower, shave, lite candles, play music, etc.) then a soft knock on the door.  Wow!

For outcall, add follow mapquest directions to incall, call for room number, slowly walk into the hotel like you belong, up the elevator, go past the maid cart, and then I knock on the door.  Wow again!

However, I have heard a rumor that you are armed with Weapons of Mass Seduction that might give me pause. (*grin*)

Of course, guys who can think in the middle of ... the employment of such weapons ... have little to fear at the moment.

It's the after-effects they have to watch out for.

It's the fluttering butterflies of meeting a lovely new lady.  It's the tingle of the adrenaline rush from the slight danger of the illicit meeting.  It's the anticipation.  It's one of the reasons that I DO this.

Rumor has it ... that your skill in that department is so incredible ... that it could even cause me to fumble my gun. (*grin*)

But if that were so, I might not admit it. LOL
