I do find negotiating acceptable. I will renegotiate meaning less time or less services if a guy wants to nickel and dime me. Some ladies hate even the asking. I don't, I renegotiate. How do you not get that?

What works for you is fine.  But why do you need to judge what other gals are comfortable with? By your standard, OTC time is some kind of invasion of her turf.  But don't forget she's the one who gets to decide.  And, in my experience, lots of them decide having dinner with me OTC would be a lot of fun.  Or adding on to a session and not expecting (or even wanting) extra compensation, is really OK.  I'd certainly never ask for it but won't turn it down when it's offered.

I negotiate services/special requests, dress/costuming,  lunch, appointment time and place any time I set up an appointment. I research and do my due diligence on menu pricing.  The better I know the provider - the better terms I get;  usually she'll throw in some additional time, service, whatever.   Does this mean I treat the lady like I was buying a used Subaru - Hell No!
