I guess I joined Date Check because I wanted to shorten the approval process. I started to feel bad about asking prior providers to serve as my reference.  A bunch of times the provider I was trying to meet would say she was available at a certain time and by the time I was cleared, she said the time wasn't open any longer.  (Although it usually seemed like it never was and she just wanted me in the wings, or to see if she could convince me to move to a different time.)

So I figured I'd just start seeing only Date Check providers.  But there don't actually seem to be that many once I started using their search function and weeded out people without TER reviews, or who shutdown their websites.  Are there more providers who use Date Check than who have visible profiles?  Or does Date Check work for just a small slice of providers?  Do escort services use Date Check?  I generally have seen only indpendents because it seems safer.

Is this why people join P411?  I always hear people say nice things about it, but I hate the idea of an annual cost.  I should proably just suck it up, but I understand you have to give them your actual name and certain personal information.  That is terrifying to me.

I guess I want this to simple and easy.  I would like to be able to arrange appointments with a minimum of hassle, and at the last minute.

P411 does excellent screening.  You won't find any scammers on P411.

You give them your personal info and they keep it secure.  Servers are out of country which adds a layer of security.  You can use your P411 credentials to screen with providers without giving the providers your details.

Well worth the cost for me.  Some providers provide a discount...25 or 50 or more because P411 screening is easier for them.  I've never asked for a P411 discount, but it can more than recover your annual cost if you wish to use it.

A few other things about P411.  I have a P411 account and had a provider invite me for DC for a trial membership so I have experience with both.

The P411 interface is much cleaner than DC.  Gina (the woman who runs P411) runs it well.  No profiles from providers who've retired.  P411 has private messaging and a request form that requires providers to respond to you within a certain time frame (or they risk losing their account).

Also, FWIW, I hated the thing on DC where providers know you've looked at their profiles - it led to solicitations when I was just window shopping.  P411 allows you to look at provider profiles without them getting notified that you do.

P411 is much better, hands down, IMHO.

In some cities Date-Check is used more than P411 and in other cities P411 is used more.
I think there are more providers on P411 than Date-Check.
Also just because a provider does not have a review link listed on her Date-Check profile does not necessarily mean she does not have reviews.It could mean she just did not link her reviews to her profile there.

If you are passing providers by because you think they have no ter reviews or it is not listed on her date-check profile you could be missing out.
In some cases you have to do more research google her contact info or website and see if there are reviews listed or a mention of reviews on other sites.
You mentioned being nervous providing info to P411 to verify you for membership didn't you have provide certain personal info to sign-up for date-check as well?
P411 is worth the membership just take a glance at the ads in whatever city you are located in versus how many are on date-check.

Also,keep in mind P411 and Date-check are both great sites but don't think by getting membership to either one or both sites that you will have no issue scheduling last minute appts.
Some providers do not schedule same day appts regardless if you are a member of those sites or not.
Then there are other providers who would consider a same day appt if her schedule allows.

There are agencies as well as independents listed on both P411 and Date-Check.
Also,date-check tends to keep profiles up for providers who are retired or no longer in the business for whatever reasons.
I can see it being a little more difficult to search for providers on date-check because you don't know who is retired or still active

How is it possible for providers to see what gents are looking at their profile on date-check?
I am a member of date-check and there is no way for me to see who looks at my profile there.
I can see the number of people who have viewed my profile for the month but not their specific date-check member info.
Am I missing something?I have never heard of that.

I don't know.....I just remember looking at a provider profile and then in the few days after that I would see that that provider had viewed my profile.  I may be mistaken since it was nearly 6 months ago, but that's what I seem to remember.

I don't know how it works for providers, but my Date-Check page shows which providers have viewed my profile and when.  Re P411 I get an email telling me a provider has checked my profile.

1) Agencies do use both services, at least two of the good ones I know: Independent Latina Escorts and Aphrodite Companions.
2) As someone said, try googling providers who don't have links to TER and you may find they have reviews here.
3) I joined P411 first because they have an 800 # to call.  So you can speak with someone who will give you other options to get screened instead of your giving up a work #.  But you do have to give your real name.  There is no reason to be afraid.  P411 has an excellent reputation and I have never heard of any other their clients' info being compromised.  They operate from Canada, so US LE can't reach them.  They were hit by a hacker attack some months ago but none of their info is compromised.
They say they destroy the information you send them for screening once the process is complete and I believe them because if they compromised anyone they'd destroy their own business.

For the response.Hmm...never heard of that but who knows

I agree with Heinous, I've had many look at my profile after I've looked at theirs and I don't know how they do it.

I have every reason to believe P411 does delete everything. A few years back I set up an account. After about a year I cancelled. When I got in touch again last year, they had no record of my previous contact as far as I could tell, and I had to do it all again.

It's a benefit, not a drawback (IMO)  to give your personal info to P411.  They verify you and dump it. Then you are just a random identifier, but I have found no one I wanted to see who would not accept it with no further screening (particularly once I got a few "okays").  So basically, you are able to see providers without giving someone you see any way to screw up your real life.  Granted 99% would never do that, but it only takes one.  Plus, bad stuff happens; if a service or provider runs into trouble, it's comforting to know all that's in their database is a generic email address and a first name.

I'm the kind of guy that pulls the bag tags off my suitcases and puts my wallet in the hotel safe, and I probably would not even hobby if it weren't for a service like P411.  Just too much to lose.  I'm grateful it exists, as it lets me and a provider both be comfortable with the fact that we are both essentially anonymous

You ping the provider at all?  That's the only time I've ever gotten notification someone has viewed my profile on P411.

Just my .02. Of course I research on TER. That's a given. Why should I pay a website to learn about ladies. Admit it some of the fun of this hobby is not knowing. Had the best experience of my hobby career from a young lady today, She didn't screen me and she is not a P411 lady. I understand you may not have time to research, so I can't help you there. My one hard fast rule in the hobby is No TER=NO Call.

Helps when I travel. One thing irritates me, though. The ladies who put down that they are scheduled to be in every market during the year just to get them to show up in every search.

Both Date Check & P411 help streamline the screening process.  Currently, there are over 11,000 providers listed on p411 and only 7,500 on date check (number is probably lower because there are a lot of inactive providers listed).  

Do a search for p411 vs. date check as it has been discussed many times here.  Neither will help you with last minute appointments.  The annual cost for P411 in minimal for the benefit IMO.  

I am on both because each have their strengths and they each have specific regional presences.

And no they don't need any personal information. If you have seen two P411 providers you can get a membership with their two OKs. Date-check has the same thing, where you can join with provider varifications and no personal info. However if you do give them your personal info, they claim they destroy it, and their servers are out of the country anyway.

There are also regional differences where DC is more used in some areas of the country, and P411 being more used in other areas. Other than the possible regional popularity, the only other benefit of DC over P411 is that DC is cheaper and has a lifetime membership option. P411 has no lifetime option and their annual membership is higher priced and just increased a few months ago by 40%.

On the other hand p411 over DC has the following advantages.

DC still has profiles up for ladies that retired years ago, and profiles in wrong cities for ladies who moved long ago. P411 will inactivate a provider account if she does not check in at least once every two months. They will also inactivate an account due to lack of response for an OK

DC allows providers AND hobbyists to view your profile anytime you are logged on. P411 providers can only view your profile if you allow them to by giving them your ID.

P411 has a much more user friendly format. They have easier to use PM system, the date request and pre screening request forms and better search features. They are not all cluttered with ads like DC.

P411 will work with you to help you get verified if you are a student, retired, self employed, etc.

They have an 800 number and live chat feature for customer service.  

I could continue but I figure that's enough for now. I actually belong to both, but knowing what I know now, i wouldn't have joined DC. However I have the lifetime membership there, so I'm not quitting. I will also say I have never made a dare through DC, but all the ladies I have seen who are on DC are also on P411

Everyone else who is logged on at the same time can see your profile. So it may not be that some providers who you checked out their profiles are checking you out. It was probably they just saw you online and clicked on your profile. I have also had several ladies check out my DC profile who I have no interest in seeing and who I never looked at their profiles!

On P411 you have to give a lady your id or PM her through their system for her to check out your profile.

I tried DC originally and had bad luck with it.  They wouldn't respond to my inquiries when I had an issue.  I didn't like the user interface.  So I switched to P411 and love it.

To each his own I suppose.

visiting provider ads are sometimes confusing. (ou dont know if they're still around or not.

I know providers get in "trouble: for not responding but I think you have to contact them and complain.not automatic. by that I mean I contact a provider through P411 and she responds through her email NOT through P411 PM.

I don't give them a phone number, generally, and when I do it's a Google voice number associated with my (disconnected from real life) email address.

Those stats don't tell providers exactly who has viewed her ad, nor do we show exactly which clients are online, a la DateCheck.  

Under Stats, providers can only see that "a client" has viewed your profile with some very general information (state, Basic or Basic Plus).

A provider should not look at a client's profile on P411, unless he has given his client id to her via a Request or pm.
