I’ve seen it lower. The dwindling numbers are to be expected. What benefits are here now? Photo board? While some ladies learned to change location where there profiles and reviews are visible who’s looking at new reviews in other countries? And to search the US you can only do that by area codes now.

I stop by once in a while .... but not much to see around here.

I just checked out the Top Ten Posters list and there are only three posters with even so many as a hundred posts in the last 30 days, and one of us three talks mainly to himself and doesn't really contribute anything worth reading. I won't call him out by name as that might be considered "rude", but I am sure everyone here can figure out who I am talking about. lol

I clicked on new reviews, removed all filters as far as city, country etc and only came up with 140 new reviews in the last two weeks, which was the default setting for "new reviews"

The site is wasting away. With each passing day, more and more members will lose interest. To those who don't know the VPN workaround... the site is already dead and buried in their minds. And what about those who may not participate on these boards... they've logged back in to find all U.S. reviews gone, and no U.S. based providers listed, and have no idea what is going on.  
Losing this site in particular, is a huge setback to the hobby for both sides. The assistant for one lady I visit told me that it's become a huge pain in the ass for her to verify references now...as they can't even see if a referenced provider is real or active. It's made her job much harder, and a lot sketchier.... if I'm not talking to myself.

The D.C. board is toast. I have no idea if other regional boards have more activity, but if this were any indicator of where the hobby lies in D.C.... maybe it's time to consider civie dating again. Oh God!

that haven't discovered VPN's were the resident trolls, not real hobbyists, so I have noticed a more intelligent level of conversation without them.  Anybody miss BigPapasan?  Of course, there will always be a few exceptions, but I think we have to ask ourselves whether quality isn't preferable over quantity?  Just food for thought.

between "lurking" and being a peeping Tom.  If your tastes run to the voyeuristic, then keep lurking, but I think its a lot more interesting to participate, not to mention that fact that you will learn more.  When people get to know you from the boards, they are comfortable PM'ing you to share information about providers you may be interested in seeing, and vice versa.  With no US reviews available to us, I find I am trading intel with some of my hobby buds by PM in my area way more than I did when there were reviews to read.

I've found descent providers on there. One way to check out if a switter hooker is BSC is to check out her "toots and replies" under her profile. They tend to boost and reply to other BSC hookers. Definitely tread carefully though. To say there's all walks of life on there is an understatement.

This. This whole fiasco drove me to finally create a hobby Twitter account, post here some (although I find myself rarely visiting since there's not much to come for besides the boards), neither of which I had never done. I've been trying to be more interactive, and it's actually been a pleasant experience responding and interacting with ladies I've always seen posting. Should I need any tips, I hope it will come in handy to have been more active. I haven't made any appointments in over a year and I've realized it has caused me to essentially have to start from scratch if I ever make another appointment. One of the biggest reasons I have't is because I have no recent references anymore and I'm terrified of the risk since there's no good way to "review" someone and know if they're legitimate. Either way, my point is that I try and post whenever I visit now and I was finally driven to create an account, use it, and interact instead of lurk.

I think they did post that during the first few days of "vanishing," at least about VPNs.  That's how I knew what to do though I put it off for a while.
