It's much easier just being me. See how easy that is?

Missy, you are amazing just as you are. No need to try to be everything to everyone.  Your regulars know and love you just as you are.  Or do you mean how hard it is to balance your hobby life with your non hobby self?

If not, generic answer is to keep putting one foot in front of the other, and never let them get you down.

As you stated, sometimes is hard, sometimes you are scared, sometimes you want to give up but never forget that no matter where you go, life revolves around interpersonal relationships meaning people's personalities, character, baggage, drama etc. My advice is to be yourself, the best version of yourself and consider that some attributes will allow you to thrive in this arena better: empathy, respect, awareness, trustworthiness, openness, and good communication. Keep your goals clear, think of them every time an issue arises, focus on your future and never give up. Positivity will allow you to see the glass instead of half empty, half full...

Before you go listening to a God that speaks a language that did not exist, during the time he was a God.

You might want to ask yourself that question.

just being a silly girl.. that's all.

trying to be good wife, mother and breadwinner and having to hide behind a façade of never being emotionally available to husband, kids and the bank. should I stay inside and make baked goods or should I be me, capitalize on what i'm good at and others enjoy?

just a bad day & I decided to seek input on the boards. didn't really think i'd get legit response- expected to get torn apart.... lol

i'm truly amazed and appreciative for the solid responses :)

You just can't be everything to everyone. Instead choose the best parameters that make you comfortable and don't deviate from them too much. I'm assuming you mean being a great escort that can cater to many different guys' needs and to top it off being yourself personally.

People have different tastes. Be what makes you comfortable and they will find you. As for personal life, that I can't give advice, I have one persona, and it's enough to handle. Those who have 2, more power to you.

I was just thinking about this topic over the last several days.

I sometimes think Hobbying/Providing is not mentally stable but hey it is what it is.

I don't think you can "deal".  I personally look at it as stress relief, having fun, alter ego, etc.  You have to keep the real person and the lifestyle person separate.

But let's face it that is damn near impossible.  Because "you" know the truth.  So what do you do?

Answer:  Just give in to the time for the life and then proceed with your regular life.

Now, the trick is to make sure that the two don't meet (or one does not rule over the other) because then worlds collide.

In the past I had an encounter that took a turn whereby some very specific fantasies were talked about (to occur in the future) and lately it's all I have been thinking about.

That's the scary part for me because I now know what kind of $$$ it takes to get this fantasy and it's doable.  And I really can't stop thinking about it.

Scary huh?

After 35 years of continuous work, I broke my ankle at work. The next three years were a nightmare of scumbag Doctors and Satanic Insurance companies. Two surgeries and inability to do any activities. Of course my Nationwide huge company could not find anything for me to do, so I lost my job as well, and I gained about 80 pounds. I had to really work on my attitude. Finally my ankle is healing. I am relieved!

I will soon be able to do some light exercise and get a job!

More wisdom in that than in a shelf of books.

Still, I am waiting till the day I'm on my death bed, and a clergyman comes to comfort me and ask if I had any regrets in life.  I plan to tell him that I wish I had spent more time in the office.

I just want to get a load of the look on his face when I say that.
