Most agencies won't book more than a few days in advance and some will only book the day of. Agencies don't really know what a girl's schedule will be more than, at the most, a week out. The thing to remember is that girls, even agency girls, work when they want to work and see who they want to see.

You hinted that something went wrong with a scheduled appointment. It's possible that for some reason you wound up on gal's do not see list. Can't really be sure with the info you provided but it does happen...

It's best to have more than one gal in mind if you are going to deal with an agency. On a recent trip to South Florida I had to go through about four names one night before I found a lady that was available and to my liking.

when you call, ask the agency if you are on the provider's no see list. Sometimes they will tell you.

Second as BG inferred, always have a backup plan or two or three or four.

typically Indies will take future bookings and the service is normally better as well.  I did agencies for a while till I figured out indies are clearly more organized, better service and essentially book you to YOUR schedule needs.

Another possible reason could be your selected provider is taking some time off and the agency is telling you she just isn't available.  I have noticed with local agencies that attempting to schedule a particular girl on a particular day especially more than a few days in advance is very difficult.  

I agree with the other posts.  Have a short list of three or four acceptable candidates and your agency experience will be greatly enhanced.
