While some girls reviews say BBBJ, the reviews often say they got CBJ, and some say BBBJ.

Do women sometimes make this choice based on the guy, the mood, or their immediate fear of an STD etc...

For the ladies, does the guys hygiene make or break this, or is it something else?

Yes. My preference is for BBBJ but if a man's hygiene causes me any concern, I don't hesitate to reach for a cover. If a guy says in his review something to the effect of "I was disappointed becuause XXX's reviews say she gives BBBJ but she used a cover", you know its about the guy and his hygiene.

I know providers who offer BBBJ's as an upgrade. Ante up more cash, you get a BBBJ instead of a CBJ. See me several times, you get upgraded to BBBJ. Guys don't always mention that in their reviews.

You never know. Maybe the hygiene level was not up to par.

Maybe a guy exaggerated in the writing of the review, maybe the gal just came from the dentist.

I don't think you'll find one answer.

However, the easiest answer would be that the junk had funky spunk. lol

I know the question was for the ladies, but as a guy I only do CBJ. I'm married and while there's probably no risk of HIV from recieving a BBBJ (giving there is a slight risk, more if CIM), you can still get gonnerhea, syphilis, herpes, and a bunch of other nasties from one. If I take any of these home, it won't be pretty.

Upsell here in Utah is rampant and often does get left out of the reviews. All the agency girls here in Utah upsell as the agency fee takes most of the donation of $150-$200, but you rarely read about it in the reviews leaving you to guess how much money to bring. Sometimes it is left out of the reviews for the independent girls here as many just expect it here. I don't play the upsell game as it never ends well for me and I always bring it up in any review I wright but it often does get left out, much to my displeasure. I really dislike girls who upsell. I will never book anther girl from an agency here in Utah again because of it.

There was one time I covered a guy before BBBJ and it was because he was uncut and he had a big bump on his foreskin. It was nasty looking and I said no way am I putting my mouth directly on that. I asked him what is was because I had never seen a bump like that and he said it always looks like that. I have had some guys with bad hygiene and instead of a cbj, I have cancelled the session. It's way too awkward to tell a guy he stinks so I prefer to end the date.

YMMV .. some feel like the need to do CBJ.
