Ok, i saw a post below regarding screening:

Huh? I've never heard of providers turning in clients to LE. Would LE even care? Just like in the drug war, where the cops use informants to set up dealers, i've never heard of them using dealers to set up users.

And while we're on the subject, would being caught as a hobbyist mean that such an arrest would show up on google? Would you be required to register as a sex offender?

Naive questions maybe, but i guess i'm just being paranoid with this Spitzer case going on.

I suppose they can but does LE really care? No, they want the arrested providers to rat out their agency or girls that they are working.

so that they can be shamed in front of their friends, families and employers.  I guess it makes them feel good.

I suppose an arrest could show up on Google, but I'm not too sure about that.

I don't think any state requires one to sign up as a sex offender for misdemeanors which solicitation generally is considered.

(still not a lawyer)

Depends on the locale on whether or not an arrest is easy to find on google. I have seen several areas that have pictures and everything of all arrested in this hobby.

I've been trying to work up sympathy for this asshole. After reading your link, I feel so much better about the poetic justice that has been meted out.

Just another rich hypocritcal asshole. He deserves much, much worse than what he will recieve.
