I LOVE my job!
I started working in this profession in when I went to live in Pattaya Thailand "some time" before I came to America. I am from a small village on the eastern border of Burma / Western border of Thailand. Including myself I had 12 brothers and sisters. My family was very poor so everyone had to work to help those in the family who couldn't work. We do not have welfare, foodstamps, free medical care or other assistance in Burma. Just so you know it was my choice.
Of course at that time I really did not know what I was getting into but for a poor girl like me Pattaya Thailand was just like Disneyland! The greatest thing for me was that not only did I get to ride the rides for FREE . . . I also got PAID very well for that area of the world! Those who've been there know what I am talking about.
I typically would go to work at the club I worked at about 6 pm in the evening where I danced nude until some wealthy western gentleman paid my bar fine so we could go on a date. Sometimes it was for an evening and others for a week or more. It didn't take me long to realize that I loved all the fun things that we did and I appreciated all the fine clothing, jewelry, and other gifts that these gentlemen gave to me in addition to what I charged for my companionship. I have to say it really was the best of times. Of course I was able to help my family significantly.
Time passed like a dream. Then one day an opportunity presented itself for me to immigrate to America so I took it since everyone knows that America paves its streets with gold . . . What a culture shock I had! It didn't take me long to realize that the days of easy living were gone and I could not go back. It took a period of adjustment before I was able to adjust to living in America.
What I disliked most was the HIGH cost of living! I still dislike that the most but a close second is the OVER REGULATION! If a family wants to build a house in Burma and Thailand and they are not wealthy they typically would buy the materials month by month working on the house during their time off with the assistance of family and friends. There are no insurance requirements, codes, permits, inspections, or zoning. With very few exceptions, if you own the land it is yours to do what you wish with as long as it does not encroach upon your neighbors.
It is the same if you want to open a small business. It is really ridiculous that you even need a permit for a hotdog or peanut stand or a license to perform massage, hairdressing, or drive a forklift. The government seems to have its hands in every pocket!
I find that immoral.
It didn't take me long to realize I needed a LOT of money to achieve my American Dream. Fortunately I already had the necessary skills and the pay is FANTASTIC! In comparison, I get paid 10 times more here in America for one hour than what I was paid for "One night in Bangkok" (cute isn't it). That allows me to buy the things I need and want, help my family from time to time, travel, and continue my education.
I still LOVE all the fun times when I am with a date and over time I have made several friends who remain friends outside of my work weather we go on a date or not.
I especially enjoy meeting new people and the suspense of the unknown. I was VERY fortunate to have not had any bad experiences working in my profession here in America. I know many that have and have learned from observing their mistakes and improving my screening process to eliminate possible surprises that I prefer not to encounter.
I actually find screening rather fun also (you can bet I always screen). That is why I have used the name Amy Tai since 2008 and the other names I've used as a dancer, in movies, and for a short while in this profession. You can find them all by searching in search engines or on links on my website.
I highly recommend that hobbyists always screen also! Are those pictures real, is that person dependable, and does she provide the service you are expecting? Most importantly, is she working for a third party who will send you on a unplanned vacation?
Yes I love my profession, the suspense of the unknown, the things I do on a date, and of course the rewards and presents I receive.
