Look, these ladies use protection, which is the #1 way to prevent HIV/AIDS.  The CDC puts out scare messages to try to promote what the government considers MORAL behavior. Like their projected "death toll" from the H1N1 flu which turned out to be a total farce!

Just get married!  Then you will have only one partner, and she is less likely to give you any sex. Not much fun, but you'll be able to sleep, not having nightmares about all sorts of "wee beasties" crawling into your body thru your urethra!

A real answer to your question that did not involve conjecture would require epidemiological studies. Since I'm not aware of one that's been conducted in the provider community, any statement about what might be safer or not is basically talking out of one's ass.

There's also confounding factors. Completely hypothetical: Provider A has a boyfriend who's a secret IV drug user, but doesn't do anal; Provider B does anal, but doesn't have a boyfriend. Which one's riskier for STDs? Which one has the "risky" activity on their reviews? See the problem here?

So, to sum up, if worrying about what your sex partner might or might not be doing is going to ruin your experience, and cause you to post unanswerable questions here, you're better off stamp collecting. If, however, knowing that some level of risk is unavoidable if you want pay-for-play, what you CAN do is wrap that rascal and take actions on YOUR part to control risk, rather than needlessly speculate about your future sex partners. You just have to come to terms with the fact that you are taking some risk on.

The responsibility for your health is *yours* and yours alone. There are two things you need to do

about this responsibility

make decisions that meet your own risk versus reward criteria

and

test frequently for STDs

this is a basic responsibility of any hobbyist

On the HIV questionnaire given when taking a free test (in OH), they do NOT ask "Do you have sex with anyone that you know engages in anal intercourse?"  It is not identified as a risk factor in and of itself.

The following are ACTUAL ways you can reduce your risk of STD/HIV transmission though...

1.) educating yourself about STD/HIV transmission, symptoms and treatment

2.) asking any potential sex partners about their sexual history (including testing history) before having sex with them

3.) wearing a condom (properly) and/or using a dental dam and/or wearing gloves for all direct sexual contact activities with others.

Whaaatt lol uh no. I do sex in the front and the back with condoms and when I do anal I make sure "all up in the tooter" is as cleaned out as possible. And I don't have any std's. If your having azsekz unprotected in the front or back it's all bad.
