I agree that it doesn't mean anything.  However the effect is targeted at the client's realization that others have gone before and the implication is that they were nice and clean and not riddled with STD's.

For me would be one that doesn't have to mention that he is upscale, it will show in how he carries himself or herself. How they talk and if they treat me like a lady, no need to tell me show me .

Isn't anything different that a dude expecting a car hookup. So many girls use this word in their ads to attract guys with better qualities such as less likely to haggle or cause problems, generous in the pockets, and well dressed and good hygiene. This word is so overused in the wrong context that its a term I avoid like the plague. Go try it. Write an ad somewhere with that word in it and you will have raccoons responding to it.
