I stumbled across a provider that I used to know that is now working under a new name. Her old name is properly labeled as a  "rip off" here.  
She has a single new review here & up to her old tricks, has been called a rip off by her customer.
I Sent a notice to admin, saying she's the same person that has already been officially labeled as a rip off.. but I wonder if they will combine the two profiles on my say so. I doubt it.  
Will they do that? I checked her old profile & her twitter shows some of the same pics she uses on her new ad.  
I'm sure things will catch up with her. I was wondering if she was in jail. If anyone checks under her new name, they will see the rip off report.  Just curious

It would be helpful if you posted who she is. That would get the word out to avoid her before someone gets ripped off again.

I don't want to start a public war with her. She figured out my home address.. blackmailed me.. I want to stay off her radar.. but she is a thief.

I'm pretty sure ( 99% ) I know to whom you are referring.  There's now a second 'ripoff' review under the new name. Pity. Too many demons, I guess. Gentlemen, do your homework. And let's all be careful out there.

How is anyone able to predict what the admins will do?? We're not mind readers.

Did you say that her old profile still has a Twitter link?  If so, send the Twitter link from the old profile to TER along with the ad in her new profile that uses the same pics.  That should be enough proof to get the profiles combined, especially if the physical descriptions in the two profiles are generally the same.

She probably figured out your home address because she probably looked at your Driver's license or looked you up on a site where you can get a person's personal information.
