Unable to log on as VIP this afternoon.  Somehow reverted to basic membership.  I have automatic monthly renewal via cc for over three years, never had a problem previously.  Is this just me, or is/has anyone else had this problem?

I've had this happen a couple of times.  The first time it was because they had changed billing companies and my automatic monthly renewal was no longer in effect.  I was living off of time for problem reports and didn't even know it until I checked my credit card statements and found they hadn't billed me for a while.

The second time was just an honest mistake on TER's part.  I emailed support with my subscriber information and I was reinstated that same day.

Received an e-mail from support this afternoon stating that my membership had expired. That's not supposed to happen on automatic monthly renewal.  Whatever, my solution was to renew on an annual basis, which will save a few bucks during the year.  Access restored.  Have a great day, all...

Here's the problem for me...I sent a review that they won't post because they say it has a "bad web address". The only address that I have is the one I got off of her previous reviews that goes to her agency. I've emailed 3 times and the first 2 said I needed a specific link to her and I haven't received an answer to #3 yet. They have reviews with no web address at all in the "new review" section and they're giving me crap because the agency site that I got from her TER revies in the first place doesn't have a way to link to her page without going thru their "over 18" page. What's a guy to do?

I had a very similar situation.  It took numerous emails over a period of time but it was resolved and the review posted. And it was my favorite review.  Oddly, it seems to have disappeared from the Escorts Review section, so more emails now to find out what happened.
