Also locations have requirements have inspection requirements, exit requirements, no locked doors, emergency lighting. A massage provider posted a while back, was busted by city inspector... not for massage but building code violations! No need to prove sexual conduct at all... fines were huge. Think provider left city limits.

you never know for sure, so I'd avoid any gals, FBSM, GFE, PSE, BDSM, etc. without knowing something more.
Odds are you'd just get ripped off, but don't take anything for granted.
And, by the way, FBSM, to the extent there is any sexual activity such as a HE, or even total nudity on the part of either party, would be illegal in just about any locality.
