I had a discussion recently with a woman, a friend of a friend, who worked as a hotel desk clerk at a  middle-high rated hotel.  

I did ask casually, far into a dinner conversation, if she had ever seen any "call-girls" while she was working there.  (I deliberately chose the archaic term.)

To my surprise, she completely denied that she had ever noticed any, and she said that the hotel was too high-class to have any.  She didn't seem to be lying or covering it up.  She didn't seem to be embarrassed defensive or embarrassed by the question.  I really think she never detected any providers or clients checking into the hotel.

The question, then is in the title.  Are you all that good that you always go un-noticed? or do you think the general attitude of hotel management is to look the other way as long as they get their cut?  

Have you ever had a fear of management blowing the whistle on you?  

i worked in a hotel near chicago for more years than i care to think about. im sure i saw many providers getting on the elevator in the lobby but i never thought about it much. if it was a smaller hotel maybe the staff will notice, but in a large hotel, i doubt it.

Clearly a provider should be dressed appropriately for the hotel she is to visit.  I often wear something smart/casual and change when I get there.  In winter I wear a coat so I'm not flashing my stockings or showing too much cleavage etc.  If the client wants me to wear something different when we go out to dinner that's fine but when I turn up I like to be discreet.

However, I think hotel staff must sometimes turn a blind eye and rightly so.  If a guest is staying in a 5 star hotel and pay top rates for doing so his privacy should be respected as long as he's not causing any problems to other guests.

I have visited many top hotels in London and have never been questioned. Like Carrie says, it really does depend on how you dress. Mini skirt and red pvc thigh boots is asking for trouble. I always stick to a nice dress suit and look no difference to any other business woman.

many know. It happens enough that they are aware but who cares. They are just happy you are paying for a room in their hotel

I have an apartment for incall at home, but when I travel, I, of course, use hotels.  

I choose fairly upscale hotels and I minimize causing an alert by:

*screening heavily...I like gentlemen who understand the rules and are low key when coming to see me...
*being discreet...when I go in and out of the hotel, I am dressed like a typical business woman or typical tourist
*limited appointments...by seeing a limited number of gentlemen per day, it decreases the traffic around my room
*kindness...I am extra sweet to the maids, always speaking when I pass them, tipping them for taking good care of me, etc.

If you dress the part, then you will blend right in. If you show up like a 1980s streetwalker, then of course they will notice! Living on South Beach, now the story changes because everyone dresses VERY sexy. Miami is more foreign and VERY sexy. Other parts of the country.....skip the aquanet and dress with a suit and carry a small rolling luggage bag or laptop bag to blend in. If they blow the whistle, then something weird must be happening. I dont think that providers who are smart enough to be on the net would make it SO obvious. Besides, the hobbyist would not like it unless he is a showoff.
