i commemorate it as a day of hobby mourning. i had a special day planned with a special lady and it started really well, got very much better and then rapidly turned to shit due to a series of mishaps, miscommunications and mischigass. it then settled into a long downhill run. it's kind of burned into my brain.....

ah well. the recovery has been a very pleasant one and the best is still to come!
