Please don't support BP. Guys use other sources like Er*s,Tweet, P*1, and of course here is always good look in the photo board and reviews top 100 and discussions. But don't support BP they are the main reason for this.
Just my .02 If you read the link from the meeting. You will see that BP has been very non compliant . During any "tragic" times they continue to think they are bullet proof and do not have to comply. All in the name of money and 1st Amendment. Which I'm sorry when it comes to minors I do not agree. If they made the girls send in a photo ID and use the name on the credit card "maybe" for the ones under 25 they could cut down on some of the under age and trafficking. I don't know. I'm sure some may not want them having their information. But we have to give it to Er*s. And you see they are still up. Yeah BP is up. But they are going after them and they want them and they are the MAIN reason for this and they WILL take them down before it's over with. They didn't want the other sites they wanted BP

They were absolutely brilliant in changing their ads to phone number and pictures only, the other sites could learn from them, this may, *MAY* just save their bacon!
"Bullet Proof". They are going to be last man standing. No reviews, no incessant blogging, no discussion boards, etc. You get a picture and a phone number. That's it. The sites that have a lot of user generated content are the most vulnerable ones because there is a lot of evidence and paper trail to follow.
Also they are under a generic acceptable category ... women seeking men, or personals, or dating.
I think BP has "a" successful formula. I say "a" rather than "the" because there might be more methods out there.
But basically you have to have cover of an acceptable activity. Who is to say that any given individual is offering more than that activity until you contact them.
That's where TER has a problem. I think TER has to turn into a generic dating site.

Asking for IDs does not solve it. IDs can be faked. Other directories may have a prettier interface but they are not without their legal issues. The smartest thing they did was further remove themselves by allowing only phone numbers.

They had been losing a lot of revenue from cheap ads from BP and free ads from CL. Many of those pay sites have had providers on them for years. They are very funny how they get the money. Not defending that, the problem is that the govt is putting us all under the same category refusing to distinguish between trafficked minors and consenting adults, to them we are all the same. Refusing to distinguish helps NO ONE and puts everyone's,including trafficked minors, lives in danger.
Fighting for the rights to have us distinguished from trafficking and our free speech as consenting adults is what we should fight for then. I will never support any site that coaches traffickers on what to say in their post n refuse to remove pics of actual real victims. As an adult community, I believe we should fight to have us distinguished from what the real problem is. To post ads now, you need cryptocurrency. Obviously that is not traceable. Taking BP aside, I'm sure there will be a ton of other sites.
