I have found a few ways to detect these... they are not fail safe by any means... but generally speaking I google their phone numbers, search the phone number on TER... look to craig's list...
I also have noted that if you see photos that look too much like a PS, they had better have a non-spanish speaking person answering the phone... for it to be legit - and before anyone accuses me of bigotry - look at my reviews, I have nothing against Latin escorts - in fact some I truly like... but B&S and other poor business practices are not within my scope of likes...
Also - do a search on the local board... that helps a lot - as you might find others who wonder about the same provider....

Yup. Some dudes see a hot chick in an ad, and call it expecting that everything will be just fine. Then they get ripped off, and blame CL for all their problems.

If it had been a land line, that might have been an indication it was an agency with someone answering all the calls. In my opinion, it being a cell number is an indication that it is being used by one female with many working names. That's merely a "gut feeling" because anything is possible.
