I'm new to this hobby as u can tell, but am a health-freak. Condom-less sex is not safe as everybody knows, but is there any health concerns at all with a BBBJ?

Especially if there are any canker sores in the mouth & Lips or cuts but still the percentage for contraction is the very lowest of all forms of getting infected with HIV or other STD's.

There are health concerns for everything in life.  If you are extremely health concious, your choice should be celibacy or monogamy and definitely not this hobby.  The chances of catching a STD as a recipient of a BBBJ is very low.  A provider's chances are also very low but numbers are not in their favor.

It also depends on which organisms you are most concerned with.  Herpes can be transmitted fairly readily in this manner but, then, the vast majority of the population has already been exposed to this virus (No, I am not saying that all of us have the active disease, only that exposure has occurred.  If you want more information contact me and I will discuss it with you.)

Life is a terminal disease, treat it as you see fit.  However, remember that if swimming in a public pool, discretion is always appreciated.
