Hello all, I am about to set up my very first appointment ever. We have exchanged a few emails but not exact time has be established. I understand that the 2call system is that I call her on the day of appointment and get general location then she calls me with specific location once I am there. My question is, would it seem better to call and ask about the specific time or simply email her back about it?
It's not clear: did you actually try to set up a specific time? Did she say you should call her for this? In my experience, if a provider mainly uses e-mail for correspondence, you only call to confirm or to change/cancel/reschedule. You should stick to e-mail to set up the appointment. If they keep putting you off, move on.
