I'm not sure just how serious your post was, but, I'm sorry to say that your idea wouldn't work. Keep something VERY important in mind: just because it makes sense to you; seems logical, right, cautious, etc. does NOT mean that you will avoid being arrested by LE. I will tell you two stories, both from my town, both true..
There's a single mom of 2 little kids. She's 42, works part time at a tourist attraction, and she gets a call from someone who was interested in making a date. She is being very cautious and asks to meet and talk first. He says how about now, and she says perfect because she's just getting off work and would like to meet him in the parking lot, which was smart: public place, where she works, etc.
He arrives, parks his car and they stand in the parking lot for awhile, making introductions. He says, lets sit in my car for a minute and talk some more, privately - TO WHICH SHE HESITATES, as all women know better than to get in the car with a perfect stranger, but he forcefully 'pushes' that suggestion on her. She reluctantly gets in the car and sits with the door slightly open and one foot on the ground so she can leave. As soon as she's comfortably seated, he tosses three $100 bills on her lap, and she shrieks - what's that for?? What are you doing?? He says this is the money up front, for what you're going to do with me! And she protests, shrieking, I don't know what you're talking about! I don't want your money and flicks it off her lap, pushing the door open to leave, just as 6 Vice Cops grab her and hand cuff her..She's busted.
Next story. A young, married woman and her girlfriend both go out on the town. Her girlfriend invited a girlfriend, and that girlfriend invited a girlfriend so now there are 4 girls doing a Ladies Night Out thing. They go to a club, are dancing, drinking, having a great time. One of the other girls, whom she has never met before that evening, is getting pretty sloshed and hanging all over the guys, flirting and basically acting stupid. One of the guys she's been dancing with, sits down at a small table with a friend and beckons her to come join them. She dances a little more, drinks a little more and decides to join them. Just then, the married one, tired from dancing decides to sit a bit and goes to the table where the other girl is sitting with two guys. They make some comment about how hot she (the drunk one) is and maybe they could all go to their place (who hasn't had this scene play out???) and party etc, and the drunk one makes some stupid remark like 'sure, but it'll cost ya' and the hand cuffs come out and BOTH girls got arrested.
Now, what difference does it make whether it's right, wrong, entrapment, fair, etc. If you're arrested, you're arrested - the experience isn't any less just because you know you're innocent! $3000 and an almost ruined career later, the married ladies case was dismissed.
There's nothing fair about it, so don't bank that there is..
