...you can do a problem report and send TER the link to the new ad with the new name. If they see it's the same woman (same pics, same phone no.), they will change her handle in her profile. That's one reason why you see providers named "Suzie/Jane/Debbie" in their profiles.
If I know a provider has changed their alias, how can I link her new ad/info with the review I previously wrote? She provides a terrible experience and would like to save others from her horrible service
As well as her previous one, submit a problem report to admin, giving both ID numbers, if she does have two. Tell admin that they are the same provider. They should combine the profiles.
