Admittedly it may not be enough of a hard-core VPN option for many, but it's free and easy to use. VPN is included in the beta version right now but it should be coming to all Android versions soon. Not sure what the iPhone prognosis is. I've been test-driving it for a bit and it's been fast and stable. Right now I have the location set on Europe and no problems with TER login and navigation. For those to whom this sounds like a good solution, read the Play Store description to make sure you're downloading an Opera browser version with VPN.
