Watersports isn't my cup of tea...but I have NO issues with those who enjoy it. Frankly there is little that I find bizarre when it comes to playing.

It is debated on what is being squirted but some sort of water comes out

There's a great deal of debate about whether female ejaculation (squirting) exists. Here's a link that shows it does, and why it happens.
