why dont providers carry at least a few large size condoms with them

I make it a point to carry at least 2 of each size.  When I buy them,I always buy the vsriety pack, that way you end up with more of the ones you dont use that often and you always have some around.  I also make it a point to carry "ladies wipes" and a portable package of wipes for the guys.
