Dear Carrie,

These are depressing days. Why don't you make my day!  Post a picture of yourself, in a really really really short skirt, coming out of a Lotus, or even a mini-miner! I am the quintessential legman, and you could make me  happy. If I came to London, I will be all yours, both my wallet, and my flawless body!  And of course my soul Ms. Mephistopheles.

I spend the summer of 1974 in England [Brighton/St. Leonard].  Beautiful girls, with wonderful skins, not damaged with the sunray like our Southern California beauties.  I was young, handsome, and every night would go to those pubs of yours, would walk away with a babe!

Ah, but Omniseeker, the beauty of the date I've described is not the fancy sports car at all but the thoughtfulness of the other bits of the evening.  Could have been a normal, old car but the fact it was decked in ribbon and I was handed champagne and made to feel like a queen made it so special.  All it takes is a bit of planning, imagination and consideration and off you go!!  Doesn't need to be fancy or expensive at all
